You might as well throw away these prescriptions since DEA may fill them once, but you're opening yourself up a can of worms. Seek treatment. what is the difference between hcl cr and hcl tb 12? ## Well that is really not a commonly use, or even correct way of describing or prescribing Oxy, but it seems someone is using that to denote the different between Oxycodone Instant Release, which is a generic for Roxifast, all of the med is released in your body as once for pain alleviation, normally referred to as Oxy IR, and Oxycodone Controlled Release which is a tablet specially designed to release the drug over a 12 hour period, these are generic version of Oxycontin. So regular Oxy, the IR version, releases the full dose soon after you take the pill, these are only available in up to 30mgs, but the Oxy CR slowly releases the medication over a 12 hour period (Oxycontin) and these are available in up to 80mgs. ## Sorry, basically...

I have an odd scenario. I have been taking fentanyl lollipops and passing all drug screens with no problems. When I run out I have been using fentanyl patches, same no problems. Well this past week I got a different brand of patch (sandoz) (this is the only difference in months of using fentanyl) and I failed my two screens (swabs). I tested positive for oxycodone. I don't get how or why. So they sent it back to do the more thorough test and sure enough it says I have oxycodone in my system. My best friend, who introduced me to her surgeon that performed my 360 fusion, was recently forced to return to PM due to pain from numerous back problems including but not limited to Bone spurs, bulging discs, curvature of the spine and more..., Her PM clinic is about an hour away from mine. Anyhow, he had her on Oxycodone 15 MG IR 4 times a day and he recently added Oxycontin 30mg ER twice a day due to her not having much relief from just the 15 mg pills. I have had moderate to severe back pain for several years now, and have been prescribed meloxicam, vicodin, zanaflex, flexoril, and percocet, just to nam a few. i ignored the pain for several years, but it got to the point where i had to get it checked out. after getting an mri, they discovered several problems with my lower back. degenerative bone disease, slipped discs, arthritis, etc. Most of this is due to the nature of my work, and a couple of motorcycle wrecks. My script has changed under the new law. It's now Vicodin with 325 Acetaminophen. I've noticed that this new pill is giving me a headache. Only the Acetaminophen strength has changed. I have been on 4 percocet a day for over a year but when I went today I was told that passport healthcare(low income/free healthcare) would now only permit 3 a day so doctor put me on an additional script of one oxicotin at bed to cover the change. I went to fill it and they said that a pa would have to be faxed and it could take 4 days and if not covered could be extremely high! Does anyone know why the change and if Passport covers this??

So I'm supposed to be taking oxycodone 4x daily and haven't been. My doctor did a genetic urine test and mouth swab. I told her I hadn't taken any in 13 days. Will the test show there is none in my system at all? She said it was to see how my body metabolizes meds. I actually took them a month ago. Would those still be in my system? How long does oxycodone stay in your system? Does it depend on how much you take?

I hope someone can answer this.. if my pain clinic urine screens me, how long will it take for them to have the results? I know nobody will know specifically, but on the average do they give you the results the same day or a few days later? ## It really depends on what type of test they do. They are some tests that just use strips that are dipped in the urine and in that case, results can be virtually immediate, while you are still in the office. However, there are more in-depth lab tests and those can take 24 hours, or more to get the results back. I live in FL, and Florida has a "Darth Vader-like", evil governor, Rick Scott, who is intruding into every aspect of our lives, including medically and pharmaceutically. I had emergency surgery the day after Christmas. I have been prescribed oxycodone 30mg n been taking it for at least 4-5 months. I took 2 doses Monday. One in the am n one in the pm. Had a drug test today to get my job back. I weigh 195lbs. Obviously don't exercise cuz of pain. I had over 3 feet of my small intestine removed and half of my colon. Do u think I will pass?

Stay away from those phony Medical cards claiming to save on RX's prices, they do no good for you. They basically tell the pharmacy to charge you more than cost, and split the difference with the pharmacy, hence you pay more then necessary.
