How Long Does A Oxycodone Urine Test Take To Get Results?

I hope someone can answer this.. if my pain clinic urine screens me, how long will it take for them to have the results? I know nobody will know specifically, but on the average do they give you the results the same day or a few days later?

It really depends on what type of test they do. They are some tests that just use strips that are dipped in the urine and in that case, results can be virtually immediate, while you are still in the office.

However, there are more in-depth lab tests and those can take 24 hours, or more to get the results back.

What are some of the resons they would send it of site? The Drug Screen, urine smaple.
Last time I was at doc i used synthetic urine because I took a valium one night one I couldnt sleep.
I noticed my drug screen had a note on it to send off.
Can a LabCorp detect synthetic urine?
