Orange Oblong Pill 5229 - For Dogs

I'm throwing out old outdated pills and medications throughout my house. I have some prescription left for my dog and it does not say what it is on the bottle. The pill is orange and oblong with an imprint of 5229. Does anyone know what this is?

I located an oblong light orange pill marked 5229 to be identified as a veterinary antibiotic known as Simplicef (cefpdodxime proxetil) 200mg; indicated for dogs with skin infections/wounds caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus intermedius, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus canis (Group G, β-hemolytic), Escherchia coli, Pasteurella multocida, and Proteus mirabilis.

NDC: 54771-5229
Manufacturer: Zoetis Inc.
