I qwent to my drug store to get my prescribed Hysingla, wrong spelling, but I went on Friday, the day I was due and they took my script, and then we won't have this until Monday. What can I expect in the way of withdrawal if any? Would it be safe to take Suboxene for one day until I can get my regular meds? I am taking suboxone 8.2 three times a day and my doctor told me this was the maximum dosage, however i am still struggling with terrible anxiety. I have multiple sclerosis and my doctor gave me movantik I took it for 3 days and it worked but I went into terrible withdrawal. I'm currently on 32 mg daily of suboxone. I also have been prescribed Clonazepam 1mg. Is it ok/safe to take 1 of the 1 mg Clonazepam with 32 mg of suboxone? I have received mixed answers so I'm hoping I can get a majority of responses that are similar. My main concern is that I will have depressed respiratory function or CNS depression. I am on methadone and I've got an abscess in my mouth. It's killing me. Can I take targin naxolone or will it interfere with my methadone? ## Targin Naloxone will not do anything to help with an abscess, it is used to prevent opiate abuse. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain. An abscess will require an antibiotic, and follow up dental treatment to correct whatever underlying problem has caused the infection. Have you consulted a dentist?

I have been on 100mg. of methadone for 5 years now and am going to be in hospital for and am going to need some serious pain medication. I know from previous experience that other pain meds do not work and take away pain when you have been taking methadone. What can I take for serious pain relief & how long do I have to be off of methadone for other narcotics to work???

My doctor will not believe me. When I take prednesone then methadone, the methadone does not seem to work at all. Now if I wait until then next day, putting up with pain all night long, the methadone does work the next day. Does anyone have any medical literature on this topic? My son 23, was the recipient of a failed surgery on his shoulder in 2007 , that ate away all of his cartilage, and has oseomyilitus of his arm and shoulder. This was due to an infection on the operating table. 7 operations in 10 days to save his arn and his life ensued. He was on diladuid for 6 years prescribed by pain docs, then his PC Doc. Building up a tolerance to diladuid, and not switching to other opiods eventually turned him to the dark side as he was not prescribed anymore. He wanted a methodone maintenance program, though they are not supposed to take pain patients, though compdrug might in his case, though he needs medicaid to qualify. I am on other meds and not feeling very well from being on methadone. I take 2 subs a day. I just left the pharmacy and the total price for 60 at walgreens is $613.99. I have a suboxone coupon you can get off the suboxone website. It brought it down to $396.00. I do not have insurance either. My friend has been clean for like 9 days now and her doctor prescribed her suboxone after she said her body hurt? Is that the reason? Cause I would love to know... ## Suboxone is prescribed for pain in other countries but here in the states as far as I know it,s only prescribed to treat opiate addiction. The pain your friend is feeling could be from withdrawal. Maybe your friend has other pain issues and also has a pain pill problem and the patient and doctor decided to start suboxone treatment. I,m taking sub for addiction but also have pain issues. the subs help for both problems. Some folks say that subs don,t help there pain at all. Looking to ascertain total volume in miligrams of the combined active and inactive ingredients of a 5mg. and a 10mg. A friend of mine is on methadone. She missed two doses and was not able to get a ride to her clinic, so she took suboxone. Her job called her in for a random hair follicle test. Will she pass? ## Absolutely not. She will fail. It takes up to six months depending on how long the hair sample is.

I am trying to find a doctor in Montgomery Alabama who will prescribe Subutex for lower back pain and I have a couple of friends who go to a doctor for this but he recently stopped taking patients. I don't want to be on any kind of opiate BC of the chance of getting addicted to it. I have been taking 4mg a day 6 days a week. I'm getting back surgery. Will the suboxone show up in the blood or urine testing for my surgery? If you are not prescribed them, you put yourself in a bad position. If you need the surgery, you have HIPPA law rights meaning your medical is your business and you can tell your doctor anything. I have bn taking 10mg of methadone daily for a year and recently cut down to 5mg i have bn taking 5mg for 3days as of today. I have to take a urine drug screen on Monday and today is thursday that will give approximately a little over 96 hrs to get my urine clean of the 5mg. cant actually kick anything. why am I so weak willed? Im poor and getting poorer but nothing works. I live with three alcoholics, so theres no help of advise there. I have no family or friends.
