I'm in a program in Albany that wants me to drop out of school to go inpatient. The director assistant director and clinical supervisor if staff have continuously ignored my complaints about my counselor and for months ignored my cries for continued mental health services. They even forced me to discontinue mental health and medical medication that I'd been on for years without looking into my history and making the appropriate referaks. Now they have fabricated a bunch of lies in an attempt to justify their inadequate services and protect this counselor. Many Federal Regulation violations have accused and I'm being detoxed at ten milligrams a week after having been on 175 foalmost two years. I'm liviv and scared ...what do I do?

I was wondering if it is possible to purchase synthetic urine off the internet or in stores that contains only Buprenorphine? I have to test negative for all drugs and positive for Subs. However, I have smoked and dissolving a Sub in urine doesn't work. Anyone know if they have a product like that for sale. I tried to google it and nothing shows up. ## I don't personally know, but I wish there was. I had the same issue when I was in suboxone treatment and wanted to use marijuana for my pain. I take Methadone, Wal-dram, Trazodone, Celexa, Gabapentin and Nyquil. I showed positive for Benzodiazepine and never took any. Can I use targinact while on methadone? Will it throw me into withdrawal? I usually take oxycodone for spinal pain (cancer), but targinact has naloxone in it and oxycodone, so can I use targinact? ## Yes, if you are not in full withdrawal when you take it, it may throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals, according to NIH reports, which may include life threatening seizures. It would be best to wait until you are in full withdrawal, before making the switch. Are you on any other medications?

I take methadone prescribed by my doctor for pain and nerve damage after breaking my neck and being temporarily paralyzed ...I have to take a urine test for a new job.. Will it be a problem if I'm given it by my pain doctor?? When I take the test I will tell them I take it. Any feedback will help.. ## Except for certain jobs where someone's being under the influence of narcotics could put the lives of others in danger, such as an airline pilot, they cannot deny you the use of legally prescribed medications. So I've been taking methadone for 8 months now. My peak dose was 70mg, but I've been weaning off of it for several weeks with the goal of getting off of it entirely. This past week, I dropped down to 5mg and my body went into full withdrawal. I honestly think that the dose is so low that it's pretty much just waste that my body doesn't absorb. I called my clinic and asked if I could come in and switch to subutex. They told me that even though I'm only on 5mg, they won't take the risk of putting me on it until I've stopped taking it for three days even though I'm only on 5mg. They aren't working and I'm still craving pain pills. I wanted suboxone or subutex and my insurance won't pay for it, but my doctor can get my insurance to go through for suboxone or subutex. I've done paid $250 & he told me it's too much to do that as it would take him 2 hours on the phone to get one of them to go through & when I went in for my 2nd appt. 2 of my friends were there & to my surprise one got suboxone & the other got subutex. I was so pissed cause I keep paying all this $ for something that isn't helping me. I live in Cumberland, MD if anyone knows of any other places I could go to get the help I need. I have been taking Methadone for Pain & addiction for years . I have cut my dosage down from 80 Mg a day to 25 Mg a day & feel much better . My ? is it a must to wait 48 to 72 hours before Switching to Suboxone . This is what iv,e always been told . ## Yes, you must be in full withdrawal, before taking Suboxone, otherwise it could cause you to experience dangerous precipitated withdrawals, according to FDA warnings. It also carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. I have been prescribed 270 10mg. Methadone tabs for approx. 20 years after being diagnosed with Hep.C. After the orange wafers were no longer avaiable, the 10 mg. Tabs were prescribed instead. Had no problem getting them from local pharmacies, suddenly fri. my reg. pharm. stopped supplying it. Have no idea where to find them now. I need an idea of where I can get the script. Does anyone have long term experience with Suboxone withdrawal? Mine is really dragging out mentally. It's going on 3 months and I am still shaky, agoraphobic and I feel "stuck." I feel like I'm on about day 5 of an alcohol withdrawal-over the hump but not quite there. It's taking so long & I've GOT to crawl up out of this hole! Hi, I have been on methadone for 16 years. It works for me as a comfort blanket. I just moved pharmacies and in my new prescription the methadone tastes and looks different than my old batch, which was pink and tasted like medication. My new one is clear like pee and is very sweet. Are they the same as I've not been feeling weak since I made the switch?

I take methadone every day at clinic and im on probation so if I take benzo can the ua detect the deffrences between the 2. Thank u for any help. ## yes!! benzos are a different class of drugs than opiates and show up as such on drug tests. my clinic is HARDCORE on benzo abuse with patients (take away take homes, threaten to detox you out of the program).

Please help, I just got back from my PO and he said I tested positive for Buprenorphine, I have no idea what it is or how it would come out on a test and I am very concerned he is threatening to violate me. He is sending the sample for additional mass/spec testing, I take Cymblata and Elavil for Antidepressants. I also take Avaprex for weight loss and melatonin. Does Methadone work well for Neuropathy in the hands & mouth? I'm in need of pain management in Tyler, Tx or around east Texas. ## How do you administer the methadone? Is it in pill form? I am using suboxone but I started taking it 8 days ago and have since tested positive 4, 6 and now 8 days since my last dose of 60 mg of oxycodone (roxes). I have been off of pain meds for 6 months and did so through a suboxone program. Recently I have weened my self off of the suboxone. I have found out that I have RA which has explained why I amm still in pain. The Suboxone Dr prescribe Tramadol. The Tramadol does not touch my pain. My current pain treatment doctor is getting out of the program and I am looking for a new doctor in Jackson tn area that prescribes methadone. I have Radiculopathy in my cervical, Thorassic, & lower lumbar from a car wreck in 2010.
