I see so many people with the same fears I have had in the past and still do. I am a P.A. And also a chronic pain sufferer. I have been on meds for 8 years and have the hardest times getting legal prescriptions filled. I actually derided twice myself with proper use of needed meds with no side effects. The only problem I had was extreme pain and ended up in the hospital after I got off meds due to NSAID use and other problems to the point where I was told to go back on opiates. I can help with withdrawal issues. I know little things that will have u off opiates in 4 days, but then u what about the pain u were taking opioda for in the first place? i live in south east north Carolina , small mom and pop pharmacies not getting Zubsolv in my state. wallgreens and cvs get it ? it cost 80$ for 2 weeks worth with insurance .. outher pharmacies dont seem to carry it?? some did carry it but they stopped for some reason dose anyone now why this is so?? please let me know what are your experiancies ....?????? the pharm wont tell me why they stopped stocking the medicine and dont plan on getting it ? even Walmart!!! anyone know whats up?? ## Hello, Madri! Please help. I cant find a doc that prescribes subutex in Michigan. I am on H and want to kick it but i cant take suboxone because it makes me sick and im allergic to naloxone. ## What area in Michigan? i accidently took 2mg of subutex 6am monday- drug test will be 7pm wed- will it show up? ## thats what i wanna know as well! We are sick of Las Vegas and are desperate to move. Does anyone know a state or doctor where there is snow and mountains and doctors who prescribe methadone ( an opiate not opioid ) for chronic pain. I need answers please! My mother just passed away and I believe it was from the medications she was on. She had lyme disease she said she was always in so much pain but I feel like she was on way too much medications. I believe that is what killed her..she was on methadone, morphine, dialoted, somas, sleeping pills, nerve pills. I want to know if these are even mixable? i have had insomnia since my 19 year old daughter took her own life, & have been taking large dosages of over the counter Unisom. I also am on ablify & cymbalta for the depression. I had to be taken to the er last week because I took to many Unisom to sleep & I got very sick. The er doctor read my blood test in front of my son who is 36 & my husband. She said it came back positive for methadone & Pcp. I have never taken those 2 things in my life. No one will believe me. I planned to enter a rehab for the Unisom, ect. I had been seeing a suboxone doctor in Bloomington IN. Recently I had applied for medicaid and was granted full coverage. I dunno if anyone is farmilar with medicaid policies, but you must choose a plan before a certain amount of time is up or one will be assigned to you. Before choosing a plan I phoned my doctors office and asked them what forms of medicaid that they accepted. I chose a plan based on the information that I was provided. I started seeing this doctor in late November of last year 2014, was prescribed 12 mg of suboxone daily. On the 16th of this month I was to have an appointment with him at 10:30am. on suboxone one year iam losing to much weight i look like a junkie and depressed. ## I have the opposite problem. I have put on too much weight. Initially, I needed to gain about 20 lbs but I gained 40 and lost the first 20, now cannot get rid of the remaining 20 for anything. Any advice on that? The only thing I can tell you about gaining weight, eat ice cream before you go to bed. It helped me go from drugged out looking to normal in no time. ## Steve, have you consulted your doctor? I've been taking suboxone for almost 8 months now but my job as a live in caregiver has been taking away. The ones i took care of was paying for everything, and they stopped. Hi All, My name is Amy. I was addicted to oxy's for seven years and then herion for 2 years. I live in Pa. I got on methadone and it really helped. I was on methadone for 7 years. I got off of it in Dec. 2008. I decreased very slowly from 80mgs to one mg. I thought i was gonna be fine, my counselor led me to believe I wouldnt have bad withdrawls, well 2 days after I felt HORRIBLE! I was in bad withdrawl. I bought suboxone from a friend. I took methadone this morning. Can I take buprenorphine at night without getting sick? ## No, that would not be advisable. You need to be in full withdrawal, before taking Subutex, otherwise it may throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I've been on 200mgs of Methadone and I just took 4 mgs of Suboxone. Will i go into withdrawals? ## Yes, if you're on Methadone and take a suboxone it will cause you to have withdrawals. Never ever do that again. ## I did that once and puked out black s*** until and was so sick. I will say this; it consolidates a 30-60 gradual day detox into 3-5 days of ABSOLUTELY the worst s*** u will ever experience.

I've had chronic pain for fifteen years and been on many types of medications, opiate and non-opiate. When I changed insurance and couldn't see my regular doctor, I ran out of fentanyl patches and oxycodone. I had never abused my medication, but after going through a few days of horrible withdrawals, I became desperate and made the dumb mistake of trying H. That was three months ago and I'm too ashamed and embarrassed to attempt to try a new pain specialist. I did go to a suboxone clinic for about a week, but the pain was too unbearable and I went back to the dope. I have really bad veins, plus I'm not good at inj's. so I have bad bruises and marks. I take 4-10mg methadone. I'm worried that they also got me on 100mg Zoloft plus a 150mg Trazadone and 2- 20mg adderal. Worred about taking all this pills. I've taken these pills for 8yrs now. The Zoloft they put me on 2 months ago. I breath fine but have had it fill like my brain is starving for oxygen to the point I fill like I'm suffocating or READY to pass out. I am trying to find sub Dr in southern in or Louisville area that take insurance. Yes I can look it up on my own online and get 100 names... I want to know personal experiences with any of them. I don't want to be force tapered. I'm on a low maintenance dose at my Dr now but they don't expect insurance... the cost is just getting too much. Please no judgement ive been on 2 mg for 2 years and the next taper is the hard one and i know im not ready yet and my current dr understands but i know not all of then do and push u to stay on what they think is an acceptable schedule.
