I was wonder if I can take Aulin even if I am taking Suboxone madication. I got injury 2 weeks ego and I do have a strong pain in my leg, so my girlfriend, which she is Italian, has: Aulin Drug. So she will like give me that for my pain... ## Aulin is not an opiate, so the Suboxone would probably not cancel out the pain killing effects of this medication. Being a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), it can be hard on the liver and stomach, and should be taken with care. If possible, you should try to check with your doctor who is prescribing the Suboxone, and let them know you would like to take this medication to relieve pain just to make sure that it wouldn't cause problems. Another drug which is similar to Aulin in how it acts in the body would be Ibuprofen. Hope this he...

I'm on day four of no subs after a 24 mg a day treatment for pain and addiction. I wish i never touched the stuff. My pain management doc reccommended them to me after a year long perc and vic habit. I wish i just would of suffered throught the few days of WD from that instead of going on subs. THEY DID GIVE ME MY LIFE BACK. BUT!!!! They are very very very hard to let go of. The WD is not as intense as dope sick but it is drawn out and mostly mental. The first week is achey and pissed off. I know that because thats how far i got before then started subs again. I'm on day four trying again. I got some valium this time to help me throught the worst of it so I'm hoping I will win the battle this time. Is it better to take Suboxone twice a day to stay feeling well? I'm on 20 mg, should I need more? ## Only your doctor can recommend the dosage and dosing frequency that is best for you. ## I take mine twice a day but I only take 8 millagrams. That is all you really need because it levels out and has a celing effect. Trust me iv been up to 24 millagrams a day and it is not worth the money and pain of withdrawl.

where can i get prescrition for methadose in kissimmee fl. ## What do you need Methadose for? Do you need it for pain, or for opiate addiction? If yoou need it for addiction, just look in the yellow pages for Clinics. If you need it for pain, and you have a diagnosed reason for taking it, all you have to do is find a pain management doctor. If you have never used methadone for pain before, I doubt you can find a doctor to prescribe it until you get a diagnoises. I know a lot about this subject because I have been on methadone maintenence for 25 years, Be careful as this is a wonderful drug for pain, and addiction, but if abused, it can be deadly. Dont mix it with alcohol, benzos or any other CNS depressent. Hope this helps PHN
I took the Suboxone too fast. I'm not sure what to do. I'm very sick (worse then normal) What do I do? Please help! ## Hi, I am not really understanding your post, do you mean you started suboxone before you should have for the first time if so that would have bought you back into major withdrawal. I am not sure what you mean by saying to wait for four days. The best thing to do is call your doc. I hope you are feeling better soon. ## hey i did the same thing. if you take them before you start withdrawing from the opiates it will send u into immediate withdrawal. You don't have to wait to take it again, the naloxone in it have already wiped out the opiates in you system ## Yes, in a case like this, please contact your doctor or go to the nearest emergency room.
Has anyone had good results on Soboxone? ## I have. I was addicted to pain meds for years stemming from a knee injury in college. When I finally told my doctor about all the extra pills I would take, i.e. buying them on the street, he advised me to try suboxone. I did, and I started at a higher dose, and it's fairly easy to taper the dose down in the beginning, just make sure you do it with your doc's help and let him/her know how you are feeling, physically. It is a little harder when you start going down from 2 mgs a day to 1, then 1/2 then a 1/4, and so forth. I've had more sucess taking half my dose in the morning and half in the evening, that could easily be psychological though. Anyhow, it is possible for this treatment to work, just don't try to wean yourself off ...

I am addicted to opiates for pain. I abuse the oxy that I get. Would Sub or Methatdone be better for me with regards to pain? My husband has a history with drugs and has been on Methadone. He thinks Methadone is the way to go. ## Hi Sheri, I guess I am way too late but will throw in my two cents anyway. Im recovering from an opiate prob (percs) and am on a sub program. I found a good doctor, checked his background on the net, and am lucky. Things are going well.. Ok, I can answer with confidence that Suboxone is NOT a choice for you. Subs are used to fight an opiate addiction, not to treat pain. It was not designed for pain management, but Methadone is. I have read its especially used for end of life pain management. It has a long half-life and therefore is easier for people to overdose...
2 on one side, M on other, approximately 1/8 (slightly larger) in diameter; found in nephew's old suboxone bottle. He does not recognize the pills (there are 3 of them). Says suboxone pills are different from these. He is in treatment from the VA but started with a private doc. Has NO reason to lie about this because if they are suboxone, he can use them as spares if he can't get to his dosing appt. But doesn't want to if the he dosage is not what he's on. Could this be a pain med? He's been on some in ## This tablet contains 2mgs of Hydromorphone, a generic for Dilaudid. Yes, this is a narcotic pain medication.
a very important friend of mine is trying to detox from methedone alone and has used cyboxan to help. is this safe? ## The correct drug name is Suboxone and no, it isn't safe, the proper use of Suboxone requires the supervision of a medical professional who is trained in its use.
The withdrawals I'm having from taking the Suboxone is kicking my ass. I am not sure what to do. I'm guessing I jumped the gun in taking it. If anyone knows what I could do, please help me. Right now all I can think of is counting down the hours. ## Sounds like you were not under a doctors care, so you did not taper off of the medication correctly. ## SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE AN ADDICT IF YOU ARE SHOOTING Up TRY GET TO AN NA MEETING IN YOUR AREA ## Keep taking it. What you are experiencing is call percipitated withdrawal, and it means that there is still too much of whatever drug you're quitting bound to your opiate receptors. Depending on your metabolism, it could take two more days to two weeks. It also depends what you were taking. You're going to wake up one morning and t...
