My Doctor put me on 5 8mg pills a day. Just wondering what everybody is taking. Thanks ## You should follow your doctor's instructions, rather than go by what other people are taking. Suboxone is usually started at a certain amount, depending on the addiction being treated, what drugs were involved and how much, then the amount is adjusted once you see how well it is helping. ## I'm not trying to take more. I was just wondering what other people were prescribed and to see if I had a normal dosage. Just wondering? ## I take one 8 mg sub every 12 hours. two a day.

This past August I began suboxone treatments. Unfortantly I havent been taking them faithfully as prescribed. Ive been taking my drug of choice which is an opiate and the Suboxone just lay in the bottle at the bottom of my purse. With all that being said, I am currently looking for employment and am worried about having to take a drug test. I dont use anything but the opiate. My question is, if I take a drug test and it shows opiates in my system, can i show them my suboxone prescription and be ok?? My son has a serious anxiety disorder. A friend offered him some soboxyn and it really helped him. He is afraid to tell his doctor in fear that he will be be taken off his anxiety meds. Any words of wisdom and encouragement out there? ## Suboxone is typically prescribed for mild to severe pain in patients that are trying to recover from withdrawals from opiod addiction. i need to know what medications you cannot take while taking Suboxone and can you take fioricett? ## The list of possible interactions is a very long one. Although Fioricet is not specifically listed (it is not a narcotic) I would highly advise you to confirm with your prescribing physician before taking it. I was recently prescribed methadose for my pain. I have heard oxycontin works better for chronic pain. Does anyone know, or have had personal experience about the two drugs? Which one would be the safest for the long run? ## i have been on both pain meds(oxycontin for years, then fentanyl patch & ultimately methadose.) I strongly feel that methadone is a MUCH better pain reliever but it must not be abused. Im sure that the long term effects arent good for either but if you are seeing a Dr thats prescribing Methadone, he should also be doing regular lab test. to test your level. it can store in your fat. over all, if i had my way- id stay on methadone. its much better than oxycontin.

This is newer narcotic med used to help treat addiction. ## what is symboxin used for ## I can't find anything listed under this drug name to tell you anything about it. ## This is used to treat opiate addiction. Very strong. A quarter will pretty much last me all day. It is very expensive though.

methadose 40mg. ## looking for online pharmacy to purchase 40mg methadose ## Trying to identify a small round pill that is light pink in color and has an imprint of the letter L on one side? ## 40mg methadone is no longer available. Can i still get 40mg methadose? ## Catwalker, do you have any other information about this drug's discontinuation ? There were several manufacturers of the 40 mg dose. Generic 40 mg Methadone was manufactured by Mallincrodt. So was the 40 mg Methadose, so if the manufacturer completely discontinued that dose then it might be hard to find. Only other thing which is coming up is called Diskets, which is a 40 mg dose manufactured by Cebert Pharmaceuticals. Hope this helps...
