Then, in the future, don't use anything you are not supposed to. Narcotics are a very dangerous thing to play with, you run the risk of organ damage or overdose. Buying off the streets is just a gamble in my opinion. Many people get a fake drug or something that just doesn't work as well as they had originally thought. This stuff is similar to the Buprenex which I kicked with like 13 years ago. It is meant to be taken for about 3-4 days until the dope is out of the system.... then discontinued. It will only work the 1st time you kick with it and it works perfectly. Try to kick with it again 2 months later... you will be in pain. I have seen this happen. Same as the Buprenex IM Know this... it can get you very high unlike the old IM Buprenex I took. Acute withdrawal from Suboxin will last 5-7 days instead of 3. ## Yes, they are similar. You can check for other doctors in you area that provide treatment with Suboxone at the website Suboxone.com, then you may be able to call them and ask. I have been on (Suboxone) for about 2 months now,I take 8mgs or break the tablet in half.I have noticed that taking this i do not have the need for anti-depressants like i did or nerve pills and even my ADD medicine.I have not stopped it all together but have went 2 weeks with out it and felt great.I just wanted to know if other people have noticed this who are taking other medications. ## While it contains the narcotic Buprenorphine, which is technically a depressant, it does have the opposite effect on some people. That fact, coupled with the high it can cause some people, is a major contributing to fact to why there are so many that end up abusing narcotics and becoming addicts. Are there any other comments or questions?

I found a pill and can't quite make out the number on it but it has a small b with three numers on one side , it is orange in color and oval..the last number is a 3 and on the other side it says 20 for mg I assume..and a line in between the 2 and 0 as if to be able to cut in half,,it is the same color as suboxone 8mg tablet but oval in shape....does anyone know what this is? ## Hi Sandra, Thanks for providing such a detailed description. for the last lady that posted a question yes it will make ur dose feel higher but it really wont be. Have you tried looking into closer treatment options? Perhaps checking to see if there is a Suboxone clinic in your area?

i had recently had a blood test and my test came bak posotive for methodone but i take roxycodone /flexiral and inhaler ## It was probably due to the quality of the test and the fact that you were taking Roxicodone. On the cheaper, non-certified tests, one narcotic causing a false positive for another can occur anywhere from 4 to 50% of the time. Have you discussed it with your doctor?

what is a safe dose for a man who wieghs 180lbs? My husband bought some colodopine on the street and now hes sleeping and i cant wake him up. I am 47 yrs old. My whole story would take forever..so I will try to sum it up. I used drugs beginning at age 14, in my 30's I switched to rx only meds and thought it was ok cause I had a script. When I lost my job and insurance I had to go off. I could not stand the withdrawl and lack of energy. So I found ways. Hi, I am so glad I found this forum. My 16 year old son has recently started the suboxen. He lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks and they increased his dose from 1 and 1/2 to 2. I noticed tonight he looks kind of pale and he fell asleep earlier today(he never naps) he says when he eats he begins to feel sick. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it possible that 2 is to much. He is thin anyway and can't afford to lose much more weight and suggestions I would appreciate. Thanks ## Suboxone contains Naloxone, along with the narcotic Buprenoprhine, which means it can still cause the usual narcotic side effects, which includes the drowsiness and nausea. Hi, Does anyone else out there get relief from chronic depression by taking the Suboxone? I take it illegally whenever I run out of Percs, and it always makes me feel better, like I can do more things and I have more energy. Next week, I go to a Suboxone doctor to get on this legally, but should I tell him that I take them illegally and that they help with my depression? I am not sure if I should tell him this. does ceboxin get into your bone marrow ## Suboxone contains the narcotic Buprenorphine and Naloxone, it is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, but also some cases of severe chronic pain. ive been taking 2mg of sub for about a month, i came up positive on a surprise test at probation(not good) but i denied it, so they are sendind it to the lab. I have to go back in 4 days. hey just wondering if anyone would kno what direction to send me! ..a fried of mine his brother was on the methadone program 50 mls. the drug store screwed up made it to strong and gave him 80 some mills.. which ended up killing him. he had no other drugs in his system at the time and this was the reason for his death. now there was a lenghty battle and the family recieved 25,000 for his death which i think it ridiculous. they settled because they couldnt bear to have it drug out any longer. now what im wondring is what can be done for justice to be served now to get it reopen and get these 2 indiviuals who were in the wrong for wrongful distribution held responsible for their actions.
