Updated in MethadoneDoes generic subutex have the numbers 501? ## Hi Leslie - Hmmm, I don't believe so. The only info I could find about a white tablet with the imprint 501 is Mirtazapine 45 mg, which is used to treat depression. (NDC 53808-0737). Does that sound about right to you? If not then I would double check where the medication was obtained. Are there any other markings or packaging for the tablet? Also, is it kind of oval shaped at all, or is it definitely a round circle?
Last week I took 3 doses of methadone, the last being monday morning. I have been on subs for 5 weeks. I know this was a huge mistake then I am starting to get the sweats, chills and I cant sit still. I have suboxone but I am afraid to take it. IDK what to do? ## Hello, John! How are you? You have to be in full withdrawal, before you can take Suboxone, again. Otherwise, it may throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## WAIT WAIT WAIT METHADONE IS TREICKY NOTHING IK PERCOCETS PR SHORT HALF LIFE OPIATES ...
took 40mg methadone, will it show in my ua 12 hours later ## Yes! Methadone will stay in ur system up to 48hrs. I have been on methadone close to 7 years now! And if i dont take it for a couple of days it will be dramatically lower but still shows up on thd test
Can anyone help? I need to know if am taking the right meds. It's a plain small oval white tablet named subutex but never have I seen one. Since my head injury it's been hard and getting diff meds without any print on them. Plus I get a med dose box for the week and it's been 1 day and I feel s***. I think it's a type of detox drug, not been told but I know I am due to go to the clinic in Merseyside.
Updated in BuprenorphineI need to test positive for suboxone on a swab test but don't take it. Would it show up if I took 4 mgs right before the test? ## I take suboxone and my girlfriend was in pain and didn't take subs. I gave her 1/4 of and 8mg sub and she almost oded. If u don't take suboxone it is very very dangerous to take them. It's a very good way to od. I felt horrible for it later and when I read this felt very obligated to inform u. I'd hate for u to od because u didn't know.if this helps I take subs everyday and today my test came back neg for family services. Maybe u can say that the neg result is wrong. Maybe they can test ur urine. That's easier to fugde. Good luck. Oh another suggestion is maybe right before the test take a crumb and put it in ur mouth, Not under ur...
I am on methadone am 39yrs old i want another baby is it possible to get pregnant. ## Yes, you can still become pregnant. However, once you are pregnant, your doctor may want you to switch to a different medication, because there may be some risks associated with taking it, while pregnant. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You may be better served by checking into it, before trying to become pregnant. Is there anything else I can help with?
I was asking if they make a 7.5 mg generic methadone pill? It is a white round pill with no markings except for a score line in the middle on one side ## Hi lois, Here in the U.S. the lowest I've seen online are only 5 and 10mg generic doses. I can argue though that there is an article on a study done here in the states, where cancer patients were randomly assigned to receive methadone 7.5 mg orally every 12 hours for 4 weeks. So I do believe it is available, but maybe only prescribed under specific circumstances. I could be wrong, but as of yet I have not come across anything stating otherwise. Did you order your pill from overseas? ## IN THE U.S there is no such thing as a 7.5 methadone tablet, only 5mg and 10mg, and of course the 40mg disk, the clinic's give out, ive been on ...
anyway;this place supposably, gives out methadone 10mgs;but they are in a green@black capsule;its a compound form i guess;anyway i was just wandering if anybody heard what i was talking about;they do make you bring in current dr records@proof that you have been on methadone in the past; ## Wow, that really sounds like a patient-driven operation for them to have their own pharmacy located in the same building as the doctor's office. That almost guarantees patients that they'll eventually come out of there with some sort of prescription in hand. This would probably be a great set up/situation for many chronic pain patients who might otherwise be having trouble locating the right kind of attention and care. Is the place you're referring to some sort of urgent care, clinic, or ho...
I've been on pain medications by mouth and patch for some years now and they don't help my back pain any longer. Does anyone know of a good medication for pain and inflammation? I'm currently on 20mg of methadone 3X a day. ## A morphine implant. Or fentanyl patch. ## Donna in pain, what does your dr say ? Does he not want to increase your Methadone ? ## Hi Donna, I see that you have a couple questions pending from others already... but in regards to fighting inflammation, I would encourage you to research herbal supplements like turmeric + black pepper combinations; black pepper significantly increases turmeric's efficacy. The reason I even mention something natural like this is because my understanding is that it may have a direct healing effect on the underlying cause ...
Hi my dad aged 81 has been on butrans and stepped them up as advised by the doctor until he reach 25....this made him very sleepy so he took the patches off and has now for over a week suffered what i can only describe as cold turkey....has anyone any idea how long this will last ## How long was he on them? Depending on the length of time, it may take a few weeks for the withdrawal effects to wear off. As listed by the FDA, they may include nausea, fever, chills, diarrhea and rebound pain. Has he considered going back on them, but at a lower dose? It's an option he could discuss with his doctor.
Just want to tell about my story. I was taking 9 perc 10s at a time which is a very expensive habit to have plus I have a family to care for. I got addicted because I abused my script due to lupus then my mom died and it all went down hill from there. Anyway I got on zubsolv 5.7 took it 3 times a day for 4 days then w times a day 10 days. I stopped taking it for 2 days and then for the next 2 weeks took it randomly skipping days. And now it's been 7 days since my last dose. No withdrawals yet. And hopefully I won't have any but the cravings are strong but also the pain is real from the lupus. Not sure what I'm gonna do about the pain but for now I'm free. ## Hi keyra, Thanks for sharing your story. It sure helps paint a picture for what someone else might come to expect ...
script says dispense when presented but the date is a few weeks away, what pharmacy will fill this? ## I have a script for subutex that says fill when presented but is dated for 8/24 to 9/23 . does anyone know where I can get this filled? one pharmacy told me they would fill it over the phone then when I got there the lady I spoke to was gone and they wouldn't fill it. ## They won't fill a pre-dated prescription, it would be illegal for them to do so. A doctor isn't even allowed to write them like that for controlled substances and they could be reported and get in trouble for it. Learn more Subutex details here. To have any chance of getting it filled, you'll have to wait until the date that is written on it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I would bring the w...
ive been on suboxone n no longer coverd by ins i need 2 get back on methadone because its affordable ## Hello, Chrissy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're experiencing. However, if it's for drug addiction, then a Methadone clinic is your only option. A private practice doctor is not allowed to prescribe it for you. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any clinics in your area?
Hi, I need help. I got a job and already submitted my signature in writing as acceptance for the job. I take Suboxone legally, only 4 mgs daily. I have a drug test on Monday and I need to pass. I think it is really unfair that I am finally getting my life back and have to worry about this. I need this job. Please respond only if you absolutely know the answer. Should I stop taking it as of right now? Will I pass this way?
Updated in SuboxoneI took my last sub a week ago as of today. And throughout that week took 3 total 10 MG Lortabs. I tried detoxing before but it was too harsh. I have been taking plenty of vitamins and excersising. I'm wondering how long until I'm in the clear? ## How are you doing? Did you experience any withdrawal problems? The FDA lists withdrawal symptoms as possibly including nausea, fever, chills, rebound pain and diarrhea. What dose were you taking? ## I'm okay. Took a Lortab the other day because I am just so tired of being depressed. I know I shouldn't have but the depression is the worst

Hello. I really hope someone can help. I just got on Suboxone and am at 24mgs day. Still going through withdrawal its not holding me throughout the day I'm still not sleeping well and I'm still throwing up and nauseaous all the time. My skin feels like its crawling and I feel like complete crap. Lots of anxiety. I was on a Methadone maintenance program for a really long time 10+ yrs. I switched to Suboxone after being tapered off of 160mgs Methadone in 20 days. I waited approx 3 days after i was tapered off the program before I started my induction. I ended up having to do a total of 3 induction days. I've been on 24mgs for 5 days now. Still not working all that great. It's been so awful. So after going through all this at the same time, one of my teeth broke and the roo...
For chronic pain in lower back ## Hello, Jackie! How are you? Suboxone contains the active ingredients Buprenorphine and Naloxone, it used to treat pain and drug addiction. The FDA classifies it as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Can I take 8 ml of suboxone if I took 2 panidine forte a few hours ago ## Hello, Gojo! How are you? No, you cannot take Suboxone, until you are in full withdrawal from all other opiates, otherwise, it could throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
