I will be walking and look down my 50 mcg mallinckrodt will be on the floor only after putting it on the previous day. How embarrassing. There have been times I wont even know and will feel awful. I have cystic fibrosis and 50% of my pancreas left. Im so sick of this. I do take norco for breakthrough but I feel horrible when the patch falls off. I dont want to use fabric tape all the time (which works the best, other tape doesnt). The patch is made by mallinckrodt. ## Hi peanut, Sorry to hear about your experience with the adhesive on the patch. It sounds like tape isn't much better either since it can only last for so long as well. Where have you been placing the patch at? Maybe a different spot would last longer before falling off, if it's not somewhere vulnerable. It would be...

Okay so I am used to taking Norco 10/325. But now I only have Norco 5/325. Can I take more because I am used to a higher dose? ## Have you consulted your doctor? You really shouldn't double up, without their approval. You would be getting twice the amount of Acetaminophen as usual and that may cause problems, with certain health conditions and other medications. Why was your dosage changed? ## I don’t know. I go to a RA doc about 225 miles round trip from my home and the nurse always puts my scripts in an envelope and seals it. I didn’t open it until I took it to my pharmacy and when my husband picked them up is when I caught the error! It was a different color, shape and lower mg. I have had severe RA for 40 yrs.

Transferring within company and have legal scripts for pain management have to take urine drug screen. Can they fire you for testing positive ## I take Norco 4 times a day. On a drug test it showed positive for opiates. Is that how it should be? Did I pass the test?

Ha, whoever said Mallinckrodt is better than Qualitest is badly mistaken....The 10mg/325 Norcos by Qualitest are some of the best going....Mallies give people headaches.....I'd give about .50 cents for a 5mg one..... ## The differences people are noticing across one manufacturer to another vary based on so many different factors (i.e. tolerance, age, weight, metabolism, digestive health, mentality, body chemistry, etc) that there is virtually no way to disprove someone's own reasoning / opinion as to why they feel the way they do about one tablet working better or worse than the other. So my thoughts are that whoever said "Mallinckrodt is better than Qualitest" was solely speaking relative to what works for their own body chemistry. I think body chemistry plays a huge ro...

I have both pills, m 367 and watson 853, the pharmacy ran out of one so split it with the 853. Anyway I have been taking norco for over 2 years and for some reason neither seem to work for my pain. I am going to talk to my PCP and maybe get a different medication. I went on a few websites and they said one of these norco manufacturers went out of buisness. Thank you for your time ## Hello, Teena! How are you? Both of the tablets you mentioned contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they are generics for Norco. Learn more Norco details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, if you've been taking it for that long, there'...

How Much does Norco 10/325 M367 Cost period. ## Hi Max, The price is probably going to vary based on your location, availability and potentially other unknown factors. However, as of writing this post, my findings are that a typical script for 90 tablets of M367 (10/325) Hydrocodone + Acetaminophencosts costs around $322.53 to fill at CVS. I'm not sure if this price is quoted with or without the use of an Rx savings card or patient assistance program; but those might be worth looking into as well depending on your situation. Hope this helps! ## $322? Jeez ur getting ripped off ! My 30 day script is only $10. Norco 10/325 only cosst .33 per pill ## Hi. Wow that is a great price your getting. Is it a big chain? Or just a very low profit pill? I remember buying Gonal F for $2000 for a ...

I've got a tooth infection and the dentist prescribed me 1-2 generic norco 7.5-325 every 6 hours. Can I take two like it says and be absolutely ok? I've just read that the usual dose is 1 every 4-6 hrs... ## The dosing can depend on the level of pain someone is in, some people might need to take 2 for relief, while others don't. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Have you tried taking it, yet? Are you on any other medications? ## 1-1/2 works too it takes about an hour to start working, you may want to take every 5 hours. ## Oh god, I feel your pain, I have had some of the worst abscessed toothaches ever, with my face swollen all the way up the...

I found in my medicine bag a white oblong pill thicker than my regular 10/325 norco and wondered if from a sifferent manufacturer. One side has an upside down 1 next side has 255 ## Carvedilol 6.25 mg (made by Solco Healthcare LLC.) comes in a white oblong/oval shaped tablet with 255 on one side and blank on the other. I wonder if this drug manufacturer known as Solco could've made any changes to the appearance of their tablet or perhaps produces other white oblong pills with 255 on one side and an upside down 1 on the other... How large is the base of this '1' (the bottom part)? If it is upside down, that could possibly resemble a "J". Is it truly apparent that this is actually an upside down 1 or might it be some other letter or symbol? You may want to try taking t...

I'm looking for someone near Columbia, SC. I have been seeing doctors for chronic back problems for years with MRI's etc. I experience routine moderate to severe pain and the only person I have right now to see me quickly and right me prescriptions is my primary care who prefers I go to the specialist and that is what I want. The specialist I have found have been amazingly uncaring and unsympathetic despite ackowledging there are multiple issues. I just saw a neurosurgeon who is referring me to a pain management clinic and I found out it takes 1-2 weeks to see if they will even take your case....absurd and uncompassionate from a pain management facility as far as I'm concerned. Imagine a major flair up......will I have to wait 1-2 weeks to get any relief??? It's ridiculo...

The pills from Aurobindo have an imprint of U03. I have Rheumatoid also Osteo Arthiritis & am very concerned about switching as the Norco & Interpharm brand worked well for me ! Anyone on a double narcotic regimen? Want or need to talk about chronic pain?? ## I'm not on a double narcotic, but I do take Lortab for chronic back pain. I have a hard time finding a Dr. that is sympathetic to my pain. They tell me to take ibuprofen, but if that worked I wouldn't spend money to see a Dr. Any suggestions? ## By the way Fioricet is NOT a narcotic; however, it is listed as a medication that has been known to be abused and/or addictive. ## Yea it certainly is a narcotic, schedule 4, look it up, and it's addictive. Just letting u know, not trying to be rude. You ever heard of barbiturates? Well it's narcotics, and fioricet has it in it. I'm an 11 year opiate addict, on suboxone now, but also take Fioricet, Vyvanse, Klonopin, which are only available if ...

Does Norco come in a yellow oblongish pill with a "V" on one side and "10/90" on the other side? ## Is the marking possibly V 3601? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is packaged by UDL Laboratories, and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Norco. I have to take a drug test for a job interview and I have been taking Norcos. My question is how long till I'm clean and also, does methocarbamol show up on a drug test?? I take my test on Monday at 4:00. It's now Saturday. ## I am a patient at a local pain treatment center and I take Fentanyl 75mcg patches every 2 days, Norco 10/325 three times a day, Gabapentin 3 times a day, and other daily meds. Anyway, I had been taking my husband's muscle relaxers (Methocarbamol 500mg) once a day every now and then. I had to take a drug test the other week and I'm scared it might show up and I get in trouble. They actually called today and I was scared to answer. It has been a couple of weeks since the test. ARE THE WATSON 750 VICODIN GOING TO BE DISCONTINUED? WHY? IS NORCO GOING TO REPLACE THEM? I HAVE A CONCERN BECAUSE I LIKE THE VICODINS BECAUSE THEY TAKE AWAY THE PAIN I HAVE AND GIVE ME ENERGY. I SUFFER FROM BACK PAIN AND DEPRESSION DUE TO A FALL AT WORK. ## They are only changing the amount of Acetaminophen. But, they are doing that to all medications that contain Acetaminophen. The amount of Hydrocodone won't change. ## No, this is a good thing. Finally drug makers are being sued for people's liver failure. I had been wondering for years when they would take it off the market. Particularly harmful to addicts because who counts the acetaminophen dose when you want to swallow a fist full of Vicodin? The active ingredient and the purpose of this drug is hydrocodone 5/10 mg per ta...

I just recieved a new prescription of norco 853 10/325. The last script was yellow and the new ones are white. The pharmacist said that Watson changed the color but the pill is the same, does anyone know if this is accurate? ## Watson has change a few different medications and the colors are different. But the Norco you're referring to is the same medication that you were prescribed prior. It is just as effective as the script you had filled before this one and it's a good thing that you ask the pharmacist, the pharmacist is correct. ## LuLu is correct and so was your pharmacist. There have been several posts on here recently about various Watson tablets being white now. It seems that some people were sensitive or allergic to the dyes they were using, thus they decided to do awa...

When it comes to yellow Norco (imprint: V 3601), you can NOT tell if it's counterfeit unless you compare it to a real pill. They look REAL in every sense except that the edges of the pill are crumbly, they lack that shine in the coating, they break easily and the "V" is slightly different on the bottom. Beware. ## How to tell a fake yellow NORCO! READ!! There are a lot of fake yellow Norcos out there. One fool proof way to know if they are fake is the following. The real yellow Norcos with imprint 36 01 on one side and a V on the other, will have a small skinny ring around the V. It's barely visible to the eye, but if you look close enough u will see it. If u touch the pill and your hands are sweaty u can rub it off. The skinny ring around the V starts on the top left co...

Why do pain doctors have the right to judge you because you have pain? My goodness, it's on my MRI. What's wrong? I'm not lying about my pain. The problem with Norco is that they prescribed them to people who most certainly didn't need them, so those of us who really do need them have to suffer. These doctors need to be investigated, not me. Money and egos impaired their judgement. No more Marcus welbys that really care. Understand that innocent people are the ones who have to pay the price for these doctors' poor judgement. My advice is go under cover. You'll catch them. Especially Hillcrest pain doctors in Tulsa Oklahoma. They all go to the same country club I bet. I'm just saying somethings up. ## For me it's been tuff finding a pain doctor that always...

Does anyone know of a good generic brand of norco 7.5/325? I have tried Qualitest an it doesn't work very well. My DR. approved brand name but the cost was $191.00 up front before they would even order it ... I realize there is a drug problem, but what are old people with serious back problems suppose to do? ## Hello, Nicki! How are you? That's unusual, most pharmacies keep a small supply of the name brand on hand for when someone comes in with such a prescription. What did the pharmacist say, or did you try calling any other local pharmacies? The FDA warns that this medication carries a risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
