This medication contains a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists the typical side effects, as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, sedation, increased risk of bleeding.

Hello,

I'm having a difficult time finding information on the combination of Naproxen + Carisoprodol- since it is a medication primarily sold in Mexico. However, I can give you the dosage information for each drug individually.

Naproxen sodium- For the first dose you can take up to 2 capsules within the first hour (220 mg). From there on, take one capsule every 8-12 hours while symptoms last. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 8-12 hr period/ or 3 in a 24 hr period.

Carisoprodol- (250 mg) to (350 mg) three times a day and at bedtime. This medication is not recommended for use long term- just 2-3 weeks.
