Need Help Finding A Pharmacy To Fill Dr. Bynes Prescriptions (Page 6)

I live in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia. Diagnosed suffering from Degenerative Disc Disease, with Cervical Radiculopathy (one bulging disc) and Lumbar Radiculopathy (two bulging discs). These spinal problems are diagnosed by three (3) recent CAT Scans, with radiologist analyses. And yes, I have ALL of the CAT Scan CDs, and radiologist reports. I went to Frank Howard Bynes, M.D., a retired trauma surgeon, and practicing internal medicine M.D., here in Savannah, Ga, for help with severe pain control. I was written valid prescriptions for: Roxicodone 30 mg; Dilaudid 8 mg; Xanax 2 mg; Fentanyl 100mcg/hr transdermal patch; Soma 350 mg; Neurontin 800 mg. ALL, YES ALL local pharmacies, will NOT honor ANY of these prescriptions. I was a previous patient of David M. Nelson, M.D. here in Savannah, March 2010 to March 2013, and had to endure this same B.S. then, also. This medical community, with the exception of Dr. Bynes, refuses to help me- Where is their Hippocratic Oath allegiance??? I cannot work, nor even function normally each day, because of the severe pain. I have been living off of the proceeds from the Workman's Compensation settlement I received in October 2012, from the accident at Georgia Port Authority in October 2009, here in Savannah. About out of money now, and have no income. I need help with pharmacy information.

No, that was a past incident when he was practicing in New York. He was fined and had to get some additional education. It has nothing to do with surrendering his Georgia license.

No it was just showing his hits against his license but anyways the office on 80 will be opening back up with a new dr within the next2 weeks according 2 the owner and for everybody who went there if u have 1 of ur appt cards the ladies name who owns it phone number is on there

So if I read the paperwork correctly on the link, the good doctor surrendered his license in 2017 because he let someone die of a heart attack in 1996?

If ANYONE finds out any solid info about where he reopens or if the HWY 80 office opens (with or without Dr. Bynes) please post it here.

No! I didn't call you a junkie but you are ignorant for calling me a junkie for me just stating that junkies go everywhere (until they're kicked out) bc how would I know where you live to say you are traveling out of town. Do your research, there is not many psychiatrist & pain doctors hooked into one. I just named the ONLY one that comes up on Google & did not list the name of the town. If you live outside of Garden City & on the closer side of the town that I'm talking about that's in between Savannah & Macon, you wouldn't be traveling far.

Ummm no ma'am a local psychiatrist I don't travel out of town 2 see doctors and the Dr i saw the day bynes got shut down is a very reputable dr Dr in Savannah so like I said unless u know facts don't come 4 me guess u was 1 of them junkies huh

It's funny you're talking about Dr Bynes junkies bc I GUARANTEE I know what Dr/psychiatrist your talking about. Near Macon Ga. Dr.S!?! The DMV set up a campaign in his parking lot about ppl driving under the influence. FULL of junkies & ppl that need their meds as well!

I was never kicked out of his office and always passed my drug panels. My appointment was the day after he got shut down and obviously u have never been 2 his office and saw the people nodding because they were high on something already so yeah he saw a bunch of junkies. I saw that man for 5yrs and was very close 2 him so good luck on ur Dr finding endeavor. I found 1 the same day he got shut down. He was my primary care dr., not my pain management dr... Get ur facts straight before u come 4 me.

How are you going to call people junkies, when you probably don't see him anymore because you probably got kicked out of his office? What makes you any different from the rest of us? I'm not a junkie. I started seeing him when he was at the clinic and found him to be a great doc... I get 1 pain med from him and I want to withdraw because my appt. was on the 29th and I have tapered myself off, so of course I'm in a lot of pain and will find another doc. Not nice to judge, just saying.

U need 2 read the whole declaration it says he can't apply for at least 2yrs of the date of surrender and if and when he does become pain management he will no longer be able to write anything but pain pills no zans no adderall nothing but straight pain meds

Yea he was he made deal he forfeit it till he open a pain client what doctor get shut down and don't go to jail I ant never seen one last doc there Google said he got 21 years so if he didn't go to jail so that should tell you something

Yes a female owns it and she will be opening back up just not with bynes it will be a new dr for all u die hard bynes patients like I said I saw him for 5yrs and its because he would write whatever u asked for is the reason all of us patients are having to scramble 2 find new dr

Since you seem unwilling to simply click on the links provided to verify that in fact Dr. Bynes no longer has a medical license, and you still believe he is going to open up a new clinic, I have copied the first paragraph of the Medical Board's order for you so that you and others won't hold on to this false hope:

"I, FRANK HOWARD BYNES JR, holder of license number 036932 to practice medicine in the State of Georgia pursuant to O.C.G.A. ch. 34, T.43, as amended, hereby freely, knowingly and voluntarily surrender said license to the Georgia Composite Medical Board. I hereby acknowledge that this surrender shall be considered to be and have the same effect as a revocation of my license, and I knowingly relinquish and forfeit all right, title and privilege of practicing medicine in the State of Georgia, unless and until such time as my license may be reinstated, in the sole discretion of the Board."

This was dated and went into effect on September 22nd. I hope this provides some clarity for you. If you indeed have legitimate issues with chronic pain, I wish you well in your search for a new doctor.

they are killing people daily bc they abuse them. alot of other things kill people daily. I have no choice but to find another practice bc I dont abuse and I need my meds so I can live my life and take care of my family. He was a very educated, smart doctor and he didnt write me large or crazy amounts. He treated my whole body and gave me just what I needed. He took the best care of me then any dr ive ever been to. There is a reason why congress gave him the 2nd highest award a dr can get in the world and he has had lunch dates with the past few presidents and helped get obama care passed. i chose him bc he is ranked asd one of the top doctors in the world, do your research!

who is the owner of the clinic? I didnt even know a female owned the clinic, I never asked who actually owned the clinic. I heard he was reopening & he didnt go to jail & he was doing everything legit. He is the law, he knows the law and he will let you know quick that he sleeps good at night.

The day I went and seen him was on 20 early there was 2 people in there they didn't even check for appointment never seen it that empty so they already new but people posting stuff on here that's crazy but yea on your question don't listen to nobody on here ant never seen doc get shut down and don't go to jail that tell u something he dis charge a lot of people this week and last week
