I used someone else's pee to pass a drug screen but some of my menstrual blood got in it and I'm wondering if its gonna make my screen come back positive for the drugs I've been taking. ## tappie, depending on how much blood got into the sample, you may have to retest anyway. I take 30mg of D-amphetamine a day. That day I also took zantac for heartburn and a antihistamine for allergies. My test came back positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine. I take methamphetamine and want to know how accurate the saliva drug tests are? ## Based on my research, I'm led to believe that the accuracy would probably be diminished after 3-4 days or so. Saliva tests can only detect Methamphetamine up to 1-4 days after your last dose. In comparing saliva tests to other forms of drug testing, they can only be as accurate as the quality of the testing equipment. And to my knowledge false positives are known to occur on them anywhere from 4-50% of the time. I took methamphetamine around Oct 20. I took a hair follicle test today. I know it goes back to 90 days and I am concerned because I am right at that cutoff. I haven't done any drugs since then. My son's dorsal was ran over by a semi-truck. The post-mortem blood levels showed lethal amounts of methamphetamine. The insurance company did not pay because of lethal amounts of methamphetamine and riding a bike they claim he was driving while impaired. After trauma to the chest and the fact he was dead and the autopsy blood was drawn 3 days after his demise, are these readings admissible?

I am trying to get SSDI and was denied. They said they found ecstasy and methamphetamine which i do not use any drugs except what is prescribed by my doctor. About a year ago i was given fenofibrate and researched that it can give false results. I can not find out how much time must go by before it is all out of one's system. Last year, I relocated to be with my partner and few counties over and she lived in an apartment complex. After my very first overnight visit with her, when I returned home, totally out of the blue I got a horrible fever, headache, extreme tiredness and a sore throat. I just blamed it on the flu and never gave it a second thought. I took some Motrin and Airborne and fell asleep. I woke up the next day and all the symptoms were gone minus the headache. I eventually moved in with my partner for a few months and I kept getting these horrible fevers and headaches just out of the blue for no apparent reason and usually after taking some Motrin and falling to sleep, the symptoms alleviate or disappear. I recenty spoke to my sister in law about a new medication she was prescribed by the name of methadone along w/ other meds that is suppose to help her with disc degenerative disease! It didn't take long to notice her old habit had not kick the bucket since the diagnosis, so she's continuing to abuse all the drugs and states she doesn't feel the methadone as well as the other medications while taking ICE (methamphetamine) and SPEED! My son is in Juvi for methamphetamine and now they're coming after me for a urine and hair test. I did some so I wouldn't go through withdrawals from pain meds. And now I have to take a hair test tomorrow or monday. If I fail I will loose everything, even my kids. I'm so scared I'm getting anxiety. Dose Adderall show up as Methamphetamine in a blood test? ## No matter how much or how long you take adderall the drug will leave your body in a maximum of 4-7 days if using the drug everyday all through the day...... If you only used the drug once per day for 20 days or so it will be out of your system in 2-3 days...Drink lots of water, 1-2 days. I'm not a doctor so I can't give advice.
