I go to a methadone clinic and i'm on 20 milligrams, it's not showing methadone in my system, and their denying me of my take homes. why isn't it showing up in my system? I've been clean for 4 years. Please, I need answers, they think I'm bringing in someone else's urine. Even in an instant drop it showed no signs of methadone. Thankyou. ## they need to do a test called peak and (trouft) that one im not sure of the spelling. It test how fast you metabolize it. They will take you blood in the morning and then hours later. I had this happen to me years ago and it was solved by this test. I hope this helps you and sorry about my spelling.

i have been going to a methadone clinic for 2 years and i called a pain managment and they told me that i can com in amd they will write me a script for methadone, i take it for opait addication and pain ## If you called and they told you to come in and they'd write you a prescription for exactly the medication you were asking for, you should be very careful and very suspicious. Professional clinics will usually view anyone that calls asking for a specific medication as being a drug seeker. You may be heading for a place that doesn't even do prescriptions for pain treatment, they may only do therapy and injections. Help! I was suppose to see my Probation Officer today, I normally get tested. So I got a big bottle of that Herbal Clean, drank it then my appointment was canceled until tomorrow, will I still be "clean" or does the cleaner just mask it to where I should buy another bottle? The situation is basically this -- Where I usually receive methadone (the normal 10mg.) I am having a situation where this route may not be avail. I recently was told a new person may have 90mg LIQUID form of methadone. First, my main purpose is to taper off other opioids. My thought process was this basically 15 (quantity) of the 10mg methadone and, in a week lower the dosage. Now that may not be an option. If I receive this 90mg LIQUID methadone how do I administer it? And, is one "bottle" (or however it comes) enough for a seven day "detox"? I am very confused on how to taper with this new form. i need to pass ua at methadone clinic i used methamphetamine this morning "thursday" and my test is this "saturday" am i able to drink one of them detox drinks night before and then take my methadone cpl hours prior to ua so i will test positive for methadone metabolite and nothing else . please help or if u have any ideas please comment thank you

Did your doctor not refer you to another doctor for assistance? Are there any other pain management clinics in your area? What is your general location? I have Degenerative disc disease, L5/S1, with right side herniation, osteoarthritis in both hips and spine, a forward curved spine (kyphosis) T5-T7 which causes upper muscle aches in addition to the Lumbar-Sacral pain I had, plus hips,bi-lateral polyneuropathy in legs. My daughter has facial pain and a motor cortex brain stimulator which relieves some of her pain. Methadone is the only drug which has allowed her to function, drive, go to school, etc. The liquid form works best because it is a continuous release. I have a sampe of clean urine, I used this last month at my clinic and everything came back negative except for methadone which im supposed to have in my system because i go to a methadone clinic, but they test for creatinine levels in the urine and if i use the same sample this month than both samples will have the same creatinine levels which is almost impossible unlikely. So is there any way to change the creatinine levels by maybe adding a small small amount of water to the urine sample i have? I dont want to dilute the sample because it is clean i just need to change or alter it a little little bit to make it seem different than last months sample..

I go to a methadone clinic and my cardiologist, put me on some new medication,which is just beta blockers, but i know how dangerious methadone is and my cardiologist even said the beta blockers are o.k. to take with the methadone, but i want a second opinion from mabe someone who takes beta blockers as well as i.I have congerstive heart failure,but i've not had any problems in nine years with my heart.Now the medication they put me on is Carvedilol 6.25mg and Ramipril 2.5mg.Will this hurt me in any kind of way being that i am on methadone 40mg.Someone please get back to me as soon as possible.I've not started the Beta Blockers yet,until i hear from someone who knows what they are talking about.My cardilogist is a great heart doctor,I just wonna make sure i'm gonna be o.k. if...

I have been on methadone for 2 years. Started to take sub. Stopped for 50 hours, took 1/2 mg. of sub one day, waited till the next day for another 1/2 mg to rid the excess meth out of system. Feeling much better on 4 mg of sub. Was on only 20 mgs of doan when stopped. How long will this doan stay in my system? I feel as though I'm still withdrawling and would like to know how much longer until I feel as though the withdrawl symptoms are gone? Out of my body completely so I can quit sub as well.
