I Need Helpp.....

I have a sampe of clean urine, I used this last month at my clinic and everything came back negative except for methadone which im supposed to have in my system because i go to a methadone clinic, but they test for creatinine levels in the urine and if i use the same sample this month than both samples will have the same creatinine levels which is almost impossible unlikely. So is there any way to change the creatinine levels by maybe adding a small small amount of water to the urine sample i have? I dont want to dilute the sample because it is clean i just need to change or alter it a little little bit to make it seem different than last months sample..
