i am taking one tablet of telma 40 , can i take Sildenafil Citrate with this any side effect? ## What has your doctor advised? Telmisartan is used to help lower blood pressure and, due the mechanism of action of the Sildenafil, combining them can increase the risk of your blood pressure dropping low. Hi all, Has anybody tried taking this after a night out drinking? Is it okay to do that? I'm not talking totally wasted but how about a few drinks? I would probably have some drinks and then take this within 1-2 hours after the last one. ## Viagra and to some extent Levitra are less effective after consumption of alcohol (or greasy foods). I say this from personal experience and from the literature. Cialis works in a slightly different way, and so is less affected by what you consume. I like wine with a meal, so I prefer using Cialis ## I did it and didn't cause me any problems. My only problem is doctor gave me 100mg. pills. I cut them into 10 pieces. 1 piece lasts for 3 hrs. Blue hexaganol tablet with DL1000 on each side ## blue oval pill with DL on one side, foil packet with asian writing and a picture of a wolf on the back ## I'm not positive but pretty sure that the pill you are describing is Viagra. I have the same pills, blue, diagonal shaped, pointy on the two thin long sides and rounded on the other sides. (if that makes sense) they almost look like a football. The pointy side would have the laces. DL in capital letters on some of them and 2000mg on others. Both are the same pill.

Has anyone used or familiar with the results of Lexitrol-X? ## Lexitrol-X is a nutritional supplement, which is claimed to help men that suffer from sexual dysfunction.
