Sildenafil Nitrate

Sir,
I have High BP and T-2 Di abates.I am 46+ and developed erectile dysfunction for last 2 yrs.I was prescribed for Penegra Xpress/Duagra.Should I take it?I* had ulcer since 2000.I have purchased 4 tabs of Penegra Xpress but fear to use.My wife age is 41 and active.Pl advise.Thanks.

How are your blood pressure readings?

Sildenafil may actually help with that, as it can lower blood pressure and is also used to treat cases of pulmonary hypertension. In people with regular blood pressure readings, it has been known to cause hypotension and some had to stop using it.

Common side effects may include: nausea, runny nose, nasal congestion and blurred vision.
