so is there any side effect to consuming 500mg neuromethyn capsules over a long period of time like one capsule a day for 3-4 months? appreciate a reply.

Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamine) is a CNS or Central Nervous System Drug used in Peripheral neuropathy, and Diabetic neuropathy etc. The drug is also used for treating vitamin B12 deficiency, as it is a form of vitamin B12.

That said, in the U.S. at least, since it is not a prescription drug, there is not really any spefic guidelines for its formulation and manufacturing process, though there are some recommended ones, but they are not required to be followed. This information, of course, can vary, depending on what country you are in.
