Maxgalin Internal Side Effects

My wife is having pain in back and neck from several years. She was treated with typical medicine like Diclofenac and Loback by an orthopedic doctor. We have consulted a neurophysician few months back. He prescribed, "maxgalin er" for a month. It has given a relief for couple of months. However, we have observed a side effect that she was having internal balls like ones inside the muscles (May be nerves?) which don't have any symptoms from the outside. They are very painful and it is giving her anxiety. Even after stopping the same Magalin there is no relief. After consulting the same doctor discussing it, he just changed the medicine, Maxgalin 75. The problem has alleviated. She mentally has become so anxious and weak. It was so intense that I feel very tense to see her in that state. Can any one advise a solution for her problem. The size of the balls like ones are hardly with 1/2 cm diameter.

My mom has serious pain in the left side of her face including head, teeth, nose, cheek, lips... We have consulted many ent and neuro doctors with no results. Finally, a Dr. prescribed maxgallin. Plz help.

Hello... I am a housewife. I was getting treatment for a disk bulge between c5-c6 and c6-c7 for the past one year. Firstly, I was talking gabapentin followed by lFT and ultrasound physio treatment which initially lowered the pain but it wasn't that helpful. I m talking maxgaline er 75 for last 4 months which is not helping me in any way..i feel seviour pain at the back which radiates downwards and through right hand..sometimes i feel numbness on my feets and hands...chest pain as if someone is exerting pressure from the back. I feel typically weak to work at times. Please suggest a treatment. Feeling impatient & stressed due to this.
