I want to know if the tablet Mahagaba-m 75 is a steroid?

The answer to your question is no, this is not a steroid.

Mahagaba-M 75 contains the following active ingredients:
Methylcobalamine (750 mcg) + Pregabalin (75 mg)

Pregabalin is indicated for:
Treatment of neuropathic pain from diabetic neuropathy or post herpetic neuralgia. There is not enough data to state that it should be used in all neuropathic pain.
Adjunctive therapy in adults with partial seizures with or without secondary generalization
Fibromyalgia
Generalized anxiety disorder (approved in the European Union).

Methylcobalamin is used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and as a preliminary treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. It is a form of vitamin B12 and differs from cyanocobalamin in that the cyanide is replaced by a methyl group.
