What is this pill? Wish I had more info to post, but this is all I see. So these markings are unfortunately the only clues I have to figuring out what they are.

Not to worry, the information you provided was the exact marking on the pill. The round blue pill which you are describing is Clonazepam (1 mg); which is a benzodiazepine derivative with highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic properties. (NDC 0603-2949)

No, Clonazepam is a totally different drug than Adderall. It is more of a muscle relaxant, whereas Adderall is a stimulant.
