Light Blue Oblong Pill With T123 Print On It

Would like to know what this pill is. It's a blue oblong pill with t123 on it. Not sure if it's Tylenol PM or something like that before I discard it.

Is the marking possibly T 129?

If so, it is manufactured by TimeCap Laboratories, and they list it as containing 15mgs of Diphenhydramine, which is used to treat allergic reactions, anxiety, and insomnia. NDC: 49483-0129

Its typical side effect may include dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
