L490 Blue Round Pill Please Identify (Top voted first)

I have a round blue pill with L490 on it and I'm trying to identify it. Can anyone help with this?

Confirmed. It's generic Aleve.

Yes I can second that - it's Naproxen sodium 220 mg. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) commonly used for the reduction of intense pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, menstrual cramps, tendinitis, bursitis, and the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
