From the dosing and the question, I believe the Olfen being asked about in this case was the one that just contains Diclofenac, which is actually a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, not a muscle relaxant.

It can help with pain, fever and swelling, though.

However, you shouldn't use it daily for a long period of time, without your doctors approval, because there are some risks that may be associated with doing so, such as stomach ulceration, elevated blood pressure and fluid retention.
