Actually due to a lot of stress i felt heavy, weakness, got headaches, chest pain radiating towards my left hand side. I was unable to walk. i I'm 26 yrs old. Hence i thought of taking Ecosprin 75mg. I took it on that day. I got very much relief. But the next day i didnt take it. Now after two days i'm getting severe headaches and weakness, but no chest pain or hand pain. Is aspirin 75mg causing any severe effects? It was a gastro resistant drug. Enteric coated i think. After taking the drug, after 15min i slept for 2 hours.

Given your symptoms, you need to consult a doctor, as reported by the NIH, they could be the signs of a possibly serious health problem, such as a heart attack, stroke, or heart disease, as well as other issues.
It is not worth the risk to your life and health to keep trying to treat it yourself and guess at what's causing it.
Are you on any other medications?
