Sir, I am 37 yrs old and diabetic. My blood glucose level is within limit. I am taking Pregabalin 75 mg BD due to continuous pains in my legs & feet. I am also taking 1 mg Glimpiride & 500 mg Metaformin HCI extended release tab in the morning & same in the evening also.
Will taking Nurokind Plus injection give me relief from the pains? Please advice.

Nurokind is just a nutritional supplement that contains Methylcobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12.
It is believed to help support nerve function, but it is doubtful that it will help with your pain, if it's not caused by a deficiency in it.
What has your doctor advised you to take for it, other than the Pregabalin?
