To summarize my findings, DBX-13 is quite simply a scam. I think it's very sad that companies like HSI profit off building false hope for individuals who truly need help addressing complicated illnesses like diabetes or cancer. But threads like these can certainly be used to spread awareness and perhaps even point others to more promising alternatives or approaches to treatment.
