I am trying to locate the AWP for Ocrevus. Any ideas? I have not been able to locate it anywhere. Thank you. ## Hi Nan, In order to retrieve the average wholesale price (AWP) for any particular product or medication, it would seem to me that you'd need to contact the manufacturer (Genentech) directly [at gene.com/contact-us] and submit an inquiry. You can also visit Ocrevus.com to view their various financial support programs that help cover the cost of Ocrevus. Have you discussed this in any detail with your local pharmacy by chance? I'd imagine that this might even be your best bet seeing as you'd have to pick it up and pay for it through them as it is with any prescription drug?

Has anyone developed pulmonary venous hypertension or other heart problems like shortness of breath and swollen feet and legs relating to poor circulation as a side effect of Remicade? How do you determine when to stop treatment? ## It has been known to have various detrimental cardiac effects, according to NIH reports. You may also experience rash, dizziness, headache, and abnormal liver function. When you should stop treatment is really up to you and your medical provider. How severe are the problems? Are you on any other medications?

I've been on Humira for about 5 months now to treat my severe plaque psoriasis and arthritis. When I first went to the doctor I had 25% body coverage of psoriasis and arthritis so bad i could hardly walk. Now I'm almost completely psoriasis free... about 95% free now and my arthritis is like it never existed... I am back to walking and jogging even. I just wanted to leave a positive comment because I know so many people that have a negative experience will leave comments but few having a positive experience do. My sister started xeljanz for r.a. about one month ago. I have noticed irritability...something she rarely ever exhibits. Just wondering if that is a common or uncommon side effect of xeljanz.....and could xeljanz increase blood pressure? ## That can be a normal side effect of most medications, according to the FDA, as well as the blood pressure elevations. Is this the only medication she is taking? Is she displaying any other symptoms?

Patient has taken Mycophenolate Mofetil made by 2 different manufacterers. On one of them he has no trouble sleeping, on the other he suffer with insomnia. Is the chemical makeup of the following two pills identical? mylan/472 and 93/7477 ## The active ingredients are the same, but the inactive ingredients could be different. Which one is causing the insomnia? Is the patient on any other medications? From what I've found, the FDA does not list insomnia as a possible side effect, but many patients have reported experiencing it.

Hi! So I'm 25 and I've had RA since I was 6. I'm seeing fantastic improvement in my joint with only two injections. I have been having a ton of side effects, I'm getting horrible muscle cramps to the point I had to go to the ER. The latest thing is my latest period. It's horribly painful and it's excessively heavy (not to get too graphic) is this normal or something to be concerned about? I've been using Humira since 27 Aug 2015. Changed my life completely .... Felt so much better, but now my face / glands / whole body seems to swollen all the time (especially my face and neck area) .... I started smoking 2 months ago .... Can that have an effect on the swelling ? ## Yes, the NIH does list that as being a possible side effect of Humira. It may also cause headache, fainting, and chest pain. It would be best to have it checked it out to be sure, though. I have a chronic eye disease called Uveitis.. My eye doctor wants to put me on a drug called CellCept.. He says he hopes to use CellCept to keep my eye stable. The problem and fear that I have is that I am a Benzodiazepine and anti-depressant addict, I take them to go to sleep.. 10mg Diazepam and 30mg of Mirtazepine. When they put me on Predisolone they said there wouldn't be any interaction, and there was. I was a total mess on Preds, maybe due to the combination. Couldn't function, couldn't walk, just a mess! Hi, my name is lucy. I am 25 years old. I had a liver transplant about 2 years ago. I am currently taking cellcept. I am 4 weeks pregnant. I am very scared because i was told by doctors not to get pregnant while on cellcept. Im only seeing negative things about it and ive been searching for a healthy baby success story. I will be starting humira this week and very nervous. I have severe psoriasis. I have tried everything since the age of 12. I am now 44. It took a lot to get approved and now its here. So far I've had 5 humira injections (40 mg every two weeks) and unfortunately my great fatigue, aches and pains in bones and muscles in the meantime only increased. Have been on methotrexate, which only somewhat reduced my wrist swelling, ever since February. The combination now seems to be doing even less. Any similar experiences or suggestions? Our son age 28 has sufffered from IBD most of his life. He has now been using Humira 40 mg every other week for over two months with no apparent benefit. In fact he gets worse after every injection. ( Fatigue, Malaise, Nausea, cramping, diarrhea, joint pains and RA type symptoms.) It seems that it gets worse with each injection. Labs no show that he has yet to reach therapeutic levels of Humira. Therefore the Dr has ordered an increase to once every week. He has great trepidation about follow this course. The questions are, How long should one reasonably have to wait to see some benefits. How long before and after meal should i wait to take cellcept? I don't want to take to soon.I've been on it 5 days. ## Hello, Brenda! How are you? The instructions provided by the manufacturer say one hour before a meal, or 2 hours after. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, anxiety and trouble sleeping. Is there anything else I can help with?

hi I've been on azathioprine now for nearly 3 weeks now 50mg to help with severe eczema. all has been well and my eczema even been felt like it was beginning to subside. result! However 2 days ago I started to get lower back pain and my knee joints really hurt. This has subsided over each night but I take the pill again in the morning and a few hours later Its back. My husband has been on Humira for about 2 years for ulcerative colitis. Works great to control that, but now he's starting to break out with sores and has had Mesa type sores that had to be surgically removed. I'm really worried about this. Before I started taking Humira I read so many messages about issues with the drug. I suspect the people who are unhappy are far more likely to post comments than those who are happy. I'm going to reverse that trend. 66 y/o diagnosed with UC in September 2013. Initial therapy with Lialda was very effective. A year later following a flare I was prescribed Uceris to get back into remission. It too was effective. Yet another year later and another flare neither of these drugs did the job. Tried Rowasa to no avail and started a Prednisone taper. My doctor suggested Humira and I resisted strongly having read all of the negative blogs.
