Ip 190 500 - Is It A Narcotic? (Page 2)
UpdatedA friend gave me a pill that has IP 190 on one side and 500 on the other side. I would like to know what it is?
They sell the same naproxen over the counter, only difference is the milligram is lower so u just take extra over the counter naproxen until you reach the milligram on the prescription strength. also research what the overdose dosage would be and stay about 75% of the strongest dose allowed max depending on how badly u need it at that time and consider your tolerance if u have one. If the person needs the medication than they should have it especially Ibuprofen. I would look it up but I am not mistaken 1000mg is an overdose. this is pretty common knowledge. also the O/D consists of liver damage. A generally a healthy person, the elderly, and also the children will almost 100% will recover to their original healthy state. Surely those with auto-immune would be more at risk.
As for "Citizen", You are exactly the wrong person to voice your opinion (not fact) it's not harmful to take someone else's Ibuprofen in fact you suggest that she is breaking the law, it is buerocrazy to keep someone from taking the medication she needed and it is also harmful to the person who is suffering from a trauma and or swelling which could close up ur breathing flow in certain cases. You are the type of person who would let someone go without the medication they need its Ibuprofen for the sake of snake. I hope u are not in the medical field. You're just like they are anyway denying patients their chronic pain medication, or refuse to prescribe antibiotics when someone comes in with strep throat because they send it off to a lab which takes another 4 to five more days with the worst sore throat you ever had along with a high fever and even hallucinations which all has happened in one of the 20 times I have had it I would say that makes me an expert on the subject, and the explanation that my doctor gives me is, "We don't want to create a super virus." Or how about the most recent wave of doctor idiocrazy, now they won't prescribe Benzodiazepines any longer because it may give you Alzheimer's disease.
can i take 2 of the ip190 500
My medicine says IP 500 what exactly is it?
Scott, if it says IP 190 500 it has 500 mg Naproxen. Naproxen is an anti inflammatory. Naproxen is the same thing that is in Aleve over the counter, but over the counter Aleve has 220 mg Naproxen in each tablet. Prescription strength has 550 mg Naproxen.
Yes they will. And in some states you can get arrested for having Tylenol or vitamins on you that aren't in the original bottle, or Rx bottle.
White pill with 500 on one side and ip 190 on other side
tube, again that is Naproxen, that is the same thing as Aleve. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
Can I take this pill for a tooth ache?
these are not even close to being in the class of medication to cause you to get a felony. The only way to be charged with a felony is to be in possession of those types of medication. Classification is the thing that causes you to be in legal trouble.
She asked a simple question about a tablet that turned out to be Naprosyn, what are you the pill Police. It's not a schedule 2 narcotic it's a damn nerve tablet!
Re: concerned citizen (# 3)
O stop! They just had a question that needed an answer; the FBI is not going to read this and hunt them down.
Does this cause sleepliness bc i have been ha ing trouble sleeping?
Naproxen
Google it....
Naproxen is used in the treatment of sciatica; back pain; pain; bursitis; ankylosing spondylitis (andmore), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. Naproxen 500 mg is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA).
Y’all know you can look up the shape, color & pill imprints and it’ll show you names and photos of possible matches on the internet. And FYI, it is against the law to possess another person’s prescription medication even if it’s something like this. In NH they arrest people who possess 800 mg Ibuprofen if they don’t have a prescription for it. Sure, you can buy 200 mg version over the counter and take 4, but the 800 mg is prescription only and if you possess it without a script it's a felony.
Re: Ryan (# 31)
Naproxen is not a nerve pill.. Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
