I have chronic back pain cronic nerve damage at l4 and And I wasn't to know what is the dosage for me to take for pain on a 1- 10 pain level I'm currently at an 9 ## What has your doctor told you to take? These types of medications are usually taken once, every 4 to 6 hours, as needed for pain, but due to the Acetaminophen, you should not exceed 8 doses in a day.

So I have been taking hydrocodone apap 5-325 for about ten days and have had a non stop headaches almost the whole time...I take only three to four a day. Just wondering if this could be from dehydration, or the acetaminophen in them or are headaches just a common side effect. I've also heard something about a cold water extraction to remove the apap in them but don't know if that's necessary due to the lower dosage of apap I'm actually taking.(roughly 1400 mgs a day). What is the difference between watson 3203 and watson 913? ## what is differance betwean watson 913 and watson 3202 ## There doesn't appear to be any different, they both contain 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they even look very similar. However the Watson 913 is sold as their name brand Norco and the other tablet is a generic. Are there any other questions?

I have 2 Lorcets left and have a ua in 3 weeks. Will that be enough to show in my system? How long before my test should I take them and how close together to show the most possible in my system? ## It really depends on the type of test they do. If they just look for the presence of the medication, then you'll be fine, but if they check the levels of it, then your levels will be off and they will be able to tell. Did you report them as stolen? It is usually wisest to do so, that way you can report the theft to your doctor and you have the police report to back it up.

Which Is Stronger Hydrocodone Apap 5mg 500mg Or 10 325 ## Hi Kim, I can't really tell you if one will be stronger or not since medications can affect everyone differently, some people get great results from taking, but there are others that it doesn't work for; the only way to find out is to actually try it. If I were to make an assumption though, I'd say that the 10/325 combination may be more effective, since the amount of Hydrocodone is doubled and the amount is Acetaminophen is not completely cut in half in comparison to the 5/500 combination. I wasn't able to find a list of all the various dosages that are available for Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen. So it could be that my assumption is wrong, but none the less, you'd have to try them both and compare the effects ...

That is what would enable us to provide you with more information on it. The color actually doesn't mean anything, that is entirely up to how the manufacturer decides they want it to look. They dosage of Hydrocodone in the various pills can be 5, 7.5, or 10mgs and the Acetaminophen also varies from 325mg up to 750mgs.

Hi can I take Hydrocodone5mg/325 when i am allergic to codeine isn't Hydrocodone5mg/325 from the same family as Codeine because Codeine itches me.my Doctor gave me this for menstrual cramps,because she took me off 50mg Indomethian due to Kidney problems.I am afraid to take the Hydrocodone 5mg/325 cause i am afraid it will itch me what can I take is these medications the same or not. ## Yes, they are distantly related, but not the exact same substance. The itchiness, however, can be a normal side effect that some people experience from narcotics and the only way to see if this one affects you in the same manner is by actually trying it. I received my usual prescription of Hydrocodone (10mg. compound form, no additives/Tylenol, etc...) from a new/different pharmacy. The capsules are 3x larger than the previous capsules I had been receiving and of course, appear to contain 3x as much hydrocodone. New pharmacy says all is well, only Hydrocodone... just as prescribed. Anyone ever experience this? ## Well, since they are compounded, it's very difficult to say, but it really just depends on how they put them together. At a different pharmacy, they may use more fillers than your prior pharmacy did, but that doesn't mean it actually contains more of the Hydrocodone. Are there any other questions or comments?

My child was prescribed hydrocodone-apap 7.5-500 soln in an orange liquid. Also on the main bottle with the label that says Cephalexin for Oral Suspension, USP (250 mg/5ml) 100 ml when mixed. And the pharmacy doctor put 2 of 3 in red marker on bottle. I'm confused. Is the orange liquid suppose to make it easier for him to swallow. ## To be honest, I'm a little confused by your post. You're talking about 2 different medications. The Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever, though the Hydrocodone can also help treat couching and the Acetaminophen can help break a fever. I have had two surgeries and on hydro.10mg|325 tabs. I have winged myself down to 1 every 12 hours. Ive noticed that after about 9 hours it seems like im catching a cold. I push myself to go the 12 hours. Once i take the med. im fine. I have probably been on them fo 3 months.. Really i may need a smaller dose but ill try taking maybe about 5 ibuprofen's for a little while. Is there a easier way to taper down,how can i taper down or do i just have to crawl under the sheets and die. I hate these pills,don't want something else controlling me. ## Sounds like you have been on them a while, The reason you feel like you have a cold is that your waiting to long to take one, if you want to tapper down start with the dose you were on, then your next dose wait an additional hour and so on...

I was told that the pill was a {10mg dillawdid?sp?}, but I think they were wrong. The pill is white oval/oblong, with a line on one side and Watson 325 on the other side. I think it may just be hydrocodone, or vicodin. can someone help me please, because they are not doing a very good job of easing my back pain! ## The pill imprint "Watson 325" does not show up under any of the U.S. drug databases. Did you by chance mean to say Watson "385" or "335" rather than "325"? These two other options also fit your physical description of the pill. I take hydro 10's and perk 10's daily and have been for quite a while usually like 5 or so a day i weigh about 145 and have a pretty fast metabolism but haven't been working out lately. If its Friday now how long would it take to be clean for a 5 panel drug screen ## Most narcotics, including the Hydrocodone in Vicodin and the Oxycodone in Percocet, are detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last use.
