Hi Kim,

I can't really tell you if one will be stronger or not since medications can affect everyone differently, some people get great results from taking, but there are others that it doesn't work for; the only way to find out is to actually try it. If I were to make an assumption though, I'd say that the 10/325 combination may be more effective, since the amount of Hydrocodone is doubled and the amount is Acetaminophen is not completely cut in half in comparison to the 5/500 combination.

I wasn't able to find a list of all the various dosages that are available for Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen. So it could be that my assumption is wrong, but none the less, you'd have to try them both and compare the effects to get a true answer.
