It really depends on the type of test they do. If they just look for the presence of the medication, then you'll be fine, but if they check the levels of it, then your levels will be off and they will be able to tell.
Did you report them as stolen? It is usually wisest to do so, that way you can report the theft to your doctor and you have the police report to back it up.
