nothing on back of pill just an E on other side white oblong found it in a bottle with hydrocodone but it looked different from others ## I can't be completely certain, but with just an imprint of an E it is most likely just an over the counter Excedrin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. Learn more Aspirin details here. Learn more Caffeine details here. That is the way they marked the tablets of their original formulation. It is not a Hydrocodone tablet, there are none with that marking. Does anyone else have a possibility that it could be? ## I take these myself that is an excedrin i know thats probably not spelled right but it isnt anything more then that.

What is the next step up from hydrocodone 10-325.? I take 3 a day and it seems to not be working as we'll anymore. I've taken it for about 2 years now ## Hello, Sammie! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having. The next step up would most likely be Percocet in the 10/325 dosage, since the Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Only your doctor can really decide where you should go from here, I'm just letting you know of other options. You could also go for something that doesn't contain Acetaminophen, such as Oxycodone by itself, or Dilaudid. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I guess that's it. I always have a hard time when I let my doc know the current medication.. Hydrocodone 10-325 is not working like it did at one time. ...

Hydrocodone apap 10/325 is what I take for Headaches on a daily basis.... can not get a refill until tomorrow morning... I did find a jar of some pain reliever called APAP/Codeine 300-30 mg. would there be an interaction if taken today. Last pill I took of Hydro was at 10:30 this morning..12/28/13. Can any one help me with this... I'm a bit nervous in taking another pain pill ## Hello, Mari! How are you? What did you end up doing? The main concern would really be the fact that the Codeine is so much weaker, it likely wouldn't handle your pain very well and with the added Acetaminophen, taking additional pills wouldn't be safe. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth...

I have a new pill my dr called in it is oval orange V on one side and 3605 on other side shows it's Hydrocodone 7.5/325 I was previous on Hydrocodone 7.5/500 not sure why dr changed it! Is the 7.5/325 a stronger pill as I have severe back issues so wondering if that's y the change! Thanks! ## The 325/500 is the amount of acetaminophen in the capsule. Most Dr.s will try to keep you on the lower end to avoid liver damage. Your pain relief should be the same. ## Hello, Carolyn! How are you? The ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available. Since it does potentiate the action of the Hydrocodone, if you find it doesn't work as well for your pain, please contact your doctor, as they may need to change your dosage of it. Is there anything else I can help wi...

i've been taking this for 2 years. i only take 1/2 and most days i only take 3 halves. i can go 8-12 hours when i sleep without any withdrawal. my pain doc isn't concerned about me being addicted. said my dose is too low. ## What has your doctor suggested? Does he want you to start taking more? There may be an issue with your taking less than what you're supposed to, that does leave some medication unaccounted for and your doctor has to worry about that, due to government regulations. They are supposed to make sure that you are taking all of it, as prescribed, no more and no less. I know that sounds kind of crazy, but it is something they need to monitor. ## about a year ago he asked me if i needed more. i told him i didn't. there's no way he can monitor how much i t...

I really need to know if these are real their supposedly hydrocodone 15 or 30 mgs their yellow creamish color and tablet shaped... Like a caplet but solid! Nit filled like a capsule... Please help ## Are there any markings on them? Any prescription products in the U.S. would have imprints on them, to enable them to be identified, in case of emergency. Can you please post back and let me know? Thanks!

The pill is in package of 10 labeled Watson E53 -- says it is hydrocodone 10/325 but it does not provide the results you would expect -- what do you think they have put in this pill? ## Hello, Jim! How are you? Do you know what country they are from? Any other information you can provide on them may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

I was prescribed cherratussin ac, it has an awful taste that makes a little nauseous, is there something as strong that I can ask mythe doctor for? ## Hello, John! How are you? Your doctor doesn't prescribe the medication from any particular manufacturer, that depends on which one your pharmacy has in stock. There are some products available that contain Hydrocodone, rather than Codeine, so your doctor may be able to prescribe one of them, if you inform them of your problem. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a white oblong/oval pill that looks like it might be a hydrocodone but has no imprints. wanted to know if it was a hydrocodone or something elese? ## Hello, Amy! How are you? If it has no imprints, then no, all prescription tablets in the U.S. are required by law to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Thus, it can't be a Hydrocodone tablet, without an imprint, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Is there anything else I can help with?

are you all changing this strength of loratab to something else. if so what is the 10-500mg being changed to. what is the strongest mg of loratab that you guys have now? ## Hello Frances! How are you? This website does not manufacture, prescribe nor sell any medications, it is an information only website. And in respect to that, I can provide you with the information you need… From now on, the maximum strength available will contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The U.S. FDA felt that there were far too many risks associated with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with?

Why cost increase if they are adding less ingredients and what will they look like, did not pick up due to cost increase...pharmasist said government increased prices Jan 1 has anyone else run into this???? ## Hello, Cici! How are you? No, the government doesn't set the price. It's just my opinion, but my best guess is that your pharmacist was just making up an excuse for the price increase. What really happened is that due to mandatory manufacturing limits, a shortage almost always occurs toward the end of the year and usually is rectified about mid-January of the new year. That coupled with the fact that any with the higher amount of Acetaminophen in them have been discontinued just made the problem even worse and resulted in a price increase. If you can't afford the medic...

1.5mg/5ml of liquid hydrocodone, how many ml of this to make up one 5/500 Vicodin? And does the liquid stuff really expire? ## Hello, Joe! How are you? Yes, it does really expire. Liquids degrade pretty fast, so they are only viable and effective for a short period of time. As to the dosage, you didn't provide details on the amount of Acetaminophen, so I can't provide you with an accurate answer. Can you please post back with his additional detail? Thanks!

Could u tell me what this medicine is? Its orange/peach oval with a v on one side and 3605 on the other. ## Hello, Sarah! How are you? This tablet is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Norco details here. I was taking Hydrocodone 7.5 for a long time after brain surgery in 2010 and headaches have not gone away .. Is the Butal Acetamino CF50 325-40 stronger? What does this medication have in it? ## Hello, Momo! How are you? You won't be able to switch to that, the medications with Butalbital are not being manufactured. I'm not sure why, or if it's a permanent thing, but right now they are unavailable. As to something stronger for migraines, most ERs actually use Dilaudid. Learn more Dilaudid details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. What has your doctor suggested?

Can u take collagen supplinents if you taking hydrcodone ## I'm sorry, Due, but supplements aren't evaluated for possible interactions, like prescription medications are, so this information is not available. I THINK I'M HAVING A REACTION TO THESE DARN THING'S. I KEEP ITCHING, IS THIS NORMAL? ## Hello, Truckergirl! How are you doing? Very sorry about the problem that you're having. Do you also have a rash/hives, or are you just itchy? If you have a rash and/or hives, it would most likely be due to an allergic reaction. However, if your skin looks fine and you're just itchy, then it's most likely just a side effect of the medication. Narcotics can cause that in some people and it might just not the right analgesic for you to take.

My doctor prescribed these pills to me after my breast reduction. Can I take these same pills for wisdom tooth removal? ## Hello, Rochelle! How are you? They can be used for that, as well, since they are just a narcotic analgesic, but you shouldn't take them, unless your dentist has okayed it. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking Hydrocodone for many years off and on because I have had 21 surgeries for different things. I still have chronic pain so I take it every now and then. I had a job interview a couple weeks ago in which I took one before I went because I was in severe pain. Little did I know they would do a drug test on the spot when they offered me the job. I tried to give them a list of my medications, but they refused to take it. They said they would ask for it if anything came up. Well, the Hydrocodone came up and they withdrew my job offer before asking for the medication list or copies of my prescriptions. When the lab called, I immediately faxed them a copy of the prescription for the Hydrocodone, but the company had already withdrawn the job offer and refused to re-offer it to m...
