I was taking Hydrocodone 7.5 for a long time after brain surgery in 2010 and headaches have not gone away .. Is the Butal Acetamino CF50 325-40 stronger? What does this medication have in it?

You won't be able to switch to that, the medications with Butalbital are not being manufactured. I'm not sure why, or if it's a permanent thing, but right now they are unavailable.
As to something stronger for migraines, most ERs actually use Dilaudid.
