Is it ok to take 2 watson 3202 at a time? ## Watson Pharmaceuticals list these tablets as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, you shouldn't double up, unless your doctor has told you that it is safe for you to do so. It could result in an overdose and/or an increase in side effects, if you are not opiate tolerant. You also have to be careful not to exceed 3,000mgs of Acetaminophen per day. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The FDA recommends not exceeding 4,000 of Acetaminophen in a 24 hr period. You can take 2 regular strength (325 mg Acetaminop...

Hi, Ive been taking this medication called Hydrocodone for about 3 years. For those 3 years, its been working very well but lately, it's not as good. Im not sure whether it's because Ive become prone to the medicine or because my pain has gotten worse, but either way, my doctor has now given me a prescription for new medication and this one is called Dilaudid 4 mg. What Id like to know is, what medicine is stronger or better? I have not taken Dilaudid yet so I'd like to know beforehand, thank you ## Hello, Hassan! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. The Dilaudid is stronger than the Hydrocodone. You only need 2.5mgs of Dilaudid to be equivalent to each 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic analgesics, they carry the risk ...

What is the opinion of the best manufacturer of hydrocodone acetaminophen 5-325. Some seem to work better than others. ## Hello, Jeannie! How are you? Much of it depends on you and, if you can, you should likely stick with the manufacturers that you've had good results with. Unlike some people, I've never had a problem with any of them, but I've never been on them steadily for a long period of time, I've only taken them for very short durations. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can anyone else chime in regarding ones they've had good results with?

In the past when prescribed "Norco's" or "hydrocodone combination products", they were easily dispensed. Now, since upgraded to the highest restricted "SCHEDULE II, they are more difficult to receive on the same day. Has anyone been sent away or put off because of the new rescheduling to CII of "HCP's "? (Hydrocodone combination products). y ## The purpose of reclassifying this med was so it wouldn't be easily dispensed. It seems their goal has been reached. ## I can agree with BL. The intention behind reclassification appears to have made its impact across the country, to make it seem as though Norco is hardly available on any given day (let alone the same day you need your script filled). My dad is one example who has drove around several cities...

My daughter just had tonsils, tubes, adnoids taken out.. she was prescribed (hydrocodon- acetamin 7.5-3.25/15. 5ml every 4 hours... I thought my wife saw me give it to her bc we were in the same room but 30 min. Later she gave her another dose... Is that too much? ## Hello, Ryan! How is your daughter? Did she suffer any adverse reactions. I really can't stress this enough, if you think that someones life or health may be in danger, please call poison control or seek emergency medical treatment. While there are people online that are always happy to help, if we can, we cannot administer life saving procedures, if they should be needed. ## In doubt ER.... at the very minimum monitor her for the next 6hrs. Usually after 2-3hrs if nothing has majorly gone wrong then it wont but I know i...

What is it used for pain ## Hello, Renee! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Has anyone on here had gastric bypass and used zohydro for chronic pain and had success? My problem is my meds never last as long as they are supposed to for my chronic pain. which is also a result from my gastric bypass, abscess, and thoracic surgery in 2003. miserable most days ## Usually, when someone has had a gastric bypass, a time released oral medication, such as Zohydro, isn't the best bet, because they don't stay in the GI tract long enough for you to get the full benefit of the medication. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. That said, you may want to ask your doctor about trying one of the skin patches, such...

Hello I'm a 21 year old male working full time. I broke my ankle 4 years ago due to sports. I broke it and fractured the growth plate. it gives me tremendous pain due to my 2 surgeries I had on it. I'm looking for a kaiser doctor around the Roseville, CA area who prescribes hydrocodone. Any help is appreciated. Thank you ## Because it is low income and you're so young you may not be able to find a Kaiser Dr who will rx it. You may have to pay out of pocket.

the pill from india that is fake but real is silver in color no implant markings an scored wih a very bittery taste sorta chalky anyone ever gotten these 10/325 people say they r completely the real deal! but no markings supp 2 b manufactured independently bcause illegally bought my cousin got them like 3 months ago just wondering he lives in state?help if anyone knws wanna b sure what hes takin ## From what I've been seeing online, a lot of medication coming from India is definitely counterfeit. As to whether or not it works, that's another story, and can only be determined by those who decide that it's worth the risk to consume. It's not too often that you get lucky with a quality med, but I hear there are fake replicas out there that work just as well or better than s...

Remember the FDA approves Hyslinga re to replace hydrocodone and the are putting naltrexone in oxys the bait n switch ## @Samo, One theory I had in regards to the thread question/title is that certain side effects could potentially be attributed to the variations of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) different manufacturers use in the composition of each tablet. Many ingredients I researched are generally regarded as safe, but others including dyes, still remain questionable for our health and well being. However, another thought as to why Hydrocodone could be making you sick, but not Oxycodone - is that if you're body is used to having a stronger narcotic like Oxycodone, then abruptly switching over to something much weaker in essence (such as Hydrocodone) is bound to bring abo...

My doctor wants me to take this two pills every four hours I'm having a knee replacement done at the pharmacies and I mean all the pharmacies won't feel that quantity. What are some of the other medicines that could substitute for the hydrocodone 325– 10 because I will be having rehab and will have to be able to do it ## Ask your dr to write you two different rxs, each for half the amount of the rx you currently have. ## @Dac, I would strongly encourage you to sit down with your doctor and see what he/she suggests as far as alternatives are concerned - Because in my opinion there are no exact equivalents to each pain medication, since they all tend to affect each individual so differently. However getting two different Rx's in half the amount(s) is an excellent suggest...

How much hydrocodone 7.5-325 tablets is equal to one ounce of liquid hydrocodone of the same strength? Thank you ## You measure Liquid Meds by ml and cc. On the prescription bottle it states something like 5 ml equals Hydrocodone 7.5 mg/Acetaminphen 325 mg. 1 ml equals 1 cc. It is always best to use a spoon or syringe that is designed to be used to measure liquid meds. Regular spoons vary too much and you can't be sure of the dosage.

I am new to Georgia. I live about 45 minutes south of Atlanta. My Dr. back home prescribed me Hydrocodone and/or Tramadol for menstrual pains. My menstrual pains have inconvenienced me 5 days a month for as long as I could remember until I met my Dr. back home. I don't want to waste the time or money going to a Dr. here for him to tell me to take 800mg Ibuprofen and call it a day. Any recommendations for doctors who are open minded to pain medication? ## Hi, Brooke! Sorry about the pain you've suffered. It isn't that doctors aren't open minded and don't want to treat pain, it's that there are restrictions on what they can prescribe, why they can prescribe it, how much they can prescribe and for how long they can prescribe it. Since this is related to your menstru...

I have a prescription for Hydrocodone 10/325 written by my Michigan Pain Clinic Physician and I am on a 7 day vacation in Florida. I have the paper prescription with me to be filled in Florida. Am I going to be able to get that filled. ## Bryce Van Singel, it is doubtful, but you can try. If you use a chain pharmacy, go to that same store.

I used to get the yellow qualitest norcos but since the new laws the only thing available is the malli 357 or the Watson white. The yellow worked perfectly long lasting pain relief for my inoperable discs problems. The 357 make you really high feeling for 2-3 hours and then wear off, the Watson give me headaches. I tried to get the yellows again but my pharmacy says they are to expensive to order & not covered by insurance. But my low income friends on public assistance get them free how does that make sense? Thanks a lot for these crappie laws that took away our free choice. ## Medicaid receives rebates for the meds they cover in each state. It is your insurance company that won't cover the brand you want. It is also possible that in order for your insurance to cover a specific...

I have been taken hydrocodone 10/325 up to 4 a day for several years now for chronic pain in my back and knees the hydro is not doing as good now as befor. The Dr changed me today to oxycodone 5-325 up to 4 a day. Can some please tell me how much of a difference it is going to be? Will I be able to tell the difference? I mean it looks the oxy is less mg. Can't seem to find a answer myself. Can I get some advise please? Thanks ## Hello, Georgia girl! How are you? I really can't say as to whether or not you will feel a difference, it really depends on your body. Oxycodone does work better for pain relief for some people, but not all. Additionally, the Hydrocodone is weaker, so you'd need 6.67mgs of Oxycodone to equal each 10mgs of the Hydrocodone that you were taking, so there...

Have a legitimate prescription for Hydrocodone 5/325 but have been all over Orlando and no pharmacy has them in stock. Have tried them all - Walgreens, CVS, Target, WalMart, etc. Can anyone help? If you know any pharmacy where you've had some success, please be willing to share. I am out tomorrow and am growing anxious and afraid. I don't know what else I can do. ## I was on this med for a while. I went though a period of cant find it also back a couple years ago. Its more than likely a shortage of the medication. Has any of the pharmacy's told you when they will have it? I would call your Dr and let them know what is going on and that you will be out of it. Why they have shortages sometimes...... is just a lack of a certain ingredient. So ask the pharmacy first....... then ...

I've been taking hydrocodone since December of 2012. After my unsuccessful shoulder surgery and then finding out that I have severe arthritis in both hips. My insurance paid for the first 12 prescriptions, since then I've paid for them out of my own pocket, which was only around $14 a month. Yesterday I went to Walgreens to get a refill and the clerk said they would be 62.85! I thought there must be some mistake. So I headed to Walmart, they had gone up to 68.01! Then I headed to a small town pharmacy and they charged me $25. I was relieved, but, very confused! Does anyone know why there has been such a steep price increase on hydrocodone? I can't find anything about on the net! ## Hello! Very sorry for the sudden price change. However no, I am not aware of any particular re...

Is this pill consider Norco and dose it work as good as the Watson? ## Hi JoAnn, To answer your first question, Hydrocodone bitartrate + APAP is a generic for brand name Norco. The APAP is simply an abbreviation for Acetaminophen. In terms of how it compares to the Watson (Actavis) formula, this is something that can only be determined by you since everyone is affected different by the same medication(s). Not only that, but you didn't actually list what manufacturer makes your pill, so there is no feasible way to compare it to another manufacturer?

I have to take a little more than 4 10 mg hydrocodone per day due to several neck surgery's; parkinson's w/ dystonia (severe muscle spams)...What should be the levels in my urine?
