I was just told to start taking 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide for my BP. I have been taking domperidone to help increase my milk production so that I can feed my daughter breast milk. Learn more Hydrochlorothiazide details here. However, since you are breastfeeding, you should be made aware that the Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, which removes excess fluid from the body, so you need to make sure you take in enough fluid to balance it out for your breast mild production. And you should also inform all doctors of everything that you are taking. Are there any other quest...

Does Losartan hctz tab 100-25 mg equal Diovan HCT 320-12.5 tab. I am concerned about the difference in milligrams. I recently started the Losartan. ## It's usually about 100mgs of the Losartan to equal each 160mg of the Valsartan in the Diovan, but your HCTZ (Hydrochlorothiazide) has been raised from 12.5 to 25, so that dose has been doubled. Learn more Hyzaar details here. Did your doctor make this change? It's really a matter of trying it and seeing how it works for you. If it doesn't work, then you may require a dosage adjustment.

I have been told by my doctor to increase my dosage of Hydrochlorothiazide 37.5 25 capsule to twice a day. I am reluctant to do this since I have recently been diagnosed with Glaucoma. ## Have you asked about the possibility of taking a different medication? Learn more Hydrochlorothiazide details here. Are you taking it for high blood pressure or a cardiac condition? Short of suffering congestive heart failure or edema, where you need a diuretic of some type, there are other options available to treat both hypertension and other cardiac conditions. The Hydrochlorothiazide is often the first choice that doctors will use to try to lower high blood pressure, but it isn't absolutely essential. I tend to dehydrate very easily, so we ran into serious problems when they tried to leave me o...
