do you mean he is diabetic or has just had one episode of high blood sugar? What has his doctor advised? Have they put him on any medications?

With high blood sugar, it is very important to eat a healthy, low-fat diet, without a ton of sweets.

The main issue, however, is that all food is converted into sugars in the body for fuel, so too much of anything can raise the blood sugar, even if it is healthy.

That is why medication is necessary and healthy foods. Fruit has a lot of natural sugars in it, so it is the best choice when he wants something sweet, but he still has to limit how much of it he eats.

Fats coat the cells in the body, preventing proper absorption of the sugars, which keepsthem in the blood and raises the levels, so you also have to keep them low. as I stated above.

Some foods, such as vegetables and salads are mostly considered free foods, because they do not contain a lot of sugars and he can enjoy a lot of them, so it is a great way to make sure he gets enough to eat and feels satisfied, without taking in a ton of sugars.
