If I take juse 1 small soma how long will it be in my system

Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, which is a muscle relaxant, these do not show up on drug tests, if that's what you're worried about.

And one dosage should not last very long in your body, anyway, only 24 to 36 hours.

It can cause side effects, such as: drowsiness, dizziness, lack of motor coordination and headache.

In the newer drug tests Soma DOES show up in the sample. I had major back surgery and my pain doctor would not prescribe it for me. So I asked my GP and she did. When I had my quarterly drug test it showed up and my pain doctor pointed it out to me on the test results and confronted me on where it came from. I told her the truth.

It all depends. If you are seeing a good pain management doctor who sees on the urine sample that there seems to be alittle bit of barbiturate(it's why soma shows up if it does since it breaks down into a barbiturate) They may take it for further testing, which essentially breaks down the particular metabolite. If that happens, and you took Soma within the past few days, it would most likely show up. than again, how much one took would have to be taken into account as well. I wouldn't take any Somas for a week before seeing your doctor, even if you aren't sure whether they will or will not give you a)urine test and b) take it to the labs for further evaluation.

Good advice above! I'm sure they test for it these days now that its an abused schedule IV medicine Meprobamate is how it breaks down in the Liver, the active ingredient in Miltown

*I am on methadone at the methadone clinic have been for seven years,I took eight soma in one day and was drug test the next day and soma is one of the many they test for and I past it I don't know how but I did!!
