For sure not good info please dont listen to this reply cause i get tested ever week for my probation and they are now standerd on the 12 pannel test so all the people saying you need a special test not true this is where people are assuming things and assumptions are not good when it causes people to end up in jail over some one THINKING they know....

Wow people will say anything they think absolutely there is a test to determine if you have suboxoxe in your system, the test will even show the level in your body. I'm on the suboxoxe clinic and they will give me a urine whenever they feel like it. One time my levels were low & really 1 would get me through the day after 5 or 6 days of taking 1 instead of the subscribed 2. I got called for a urine and they called me on it saying if my levels were that low again I would be cut down to 1 a day. SO YES THERE IS A TEST AND THEY CAN TELL IF YOU'RE TAKING MORE OR LESS THAN THE PRESCRIBED DOSE.

you don't know what you're talking about trust me there are specific requests that include suboxone prior to me ever getting on suboxone I happen to be at my doctor's office and she got a call from an ER hospital in my area in regards to one of her patients who tested negative but should have had it in his system

I took a 8 milligram sub on 5/20 and on 6/1 it was still detectable. So if you want to know exactly the allowable time on a truthful basis ask your doctor.

How long will suboxone metabolites show up in some old urin I have laying around. I took some urin when I was clean with only subs in my system, put it in a container and have a test tomorrow I wanted to make sure the subs matabolites would still be in there and not just disappear over time, I haven't seen this question asked befor its been in a container in the glove box of my truck, thanks for the help

Seems very few people have much first hand experience with this, so let me chime in. I am prescribed sub, but to be honest, I run out early each month. I have to make sure I save a little bit to take before testing in order to have it show up.. I test once a month, usually on a Wednesday. I ran out 2 weeks early, but I saved about 1/4 strip (2mg), took it on Sunday afternoon, and it showed up on test Wed. morning. So 2mg showed up in urine test approximately 60hrs later. May be different for you, it's different for everyone, but that's my real world experience.

i did suboxen for 5-6 months and it took a month and a half for the suboxen to get out of my system...then did almost a whole strip like almost a week ago and have a test monday and dont know if it is gonna show up and they do test for it

I don't know where you got your information but yes it does definately show up on a drug screen. I am tested weekly for every drug under the sun up to and including yes, suboxene. I am tested weekly by one company to ensure I'm not on any drugs I shouldn't be and given one drug screen a month by my suboxene prescribing doctor to make sure I am taking the suboxene and not taking anything else. just a bit of information for those wondering. Yes suboxene is an opiate blocker but it also has a type of opiate under the name of Bupenorphine in it to control the actual withdrawals while naloxene ensures you don't take any other opiates by working as an opiate blocker and causing you to become very ill if you make the unfortunately bad decision to see if it actually works. Please do your research before posting such nonsense as "suboxene doesn't show up on a drug screen" in responses. Of course it depends on what panel drug screen you are being given but whether urine saliva or hair it will show up on all three under its own seperate category "suboxene"

sorry but youre wrong, i just failed a urin test because i took a half of a strip 4 days before the test, it says bup on the side of the test cup and on a dip test. i dont know of any tests that dont look for it now

I know this post is so old but for anyone searching that comes across this post. You are 150% wrong that it can't show up in a drug test or that there is no specific test for it. I've been on Oxy for 6 yrs, I ran out early and was given a couple strips of suboxone by a friend to get me thru till i got my oxy filled. i had never heard of sub before, it did get me thru a few days.. Then I went to my pain doc a couple days later, hadn't taken the sub in 3 days and he found the suboxone in my drug test and almost cut me off. I had been in the hospital a few months earlier that they were trying to detox my xanax which didn't work I'm still taking them and the sub didn't block my xanax either, so i played dumb that they must have given me the sub when i was discharged and i took it on accident cause I have sooo many meds i'm on. Anyway, long story short it can show up in some drug tests,, you are giving the wrong info to ppl and gonna get someone in trouble if they went by your post. Btw It also blocked my oxy's from working for about 7 days, I don't know how long it would have shown in my system but at least 3 days and like i said it blocked my meds for a week.. Hope this helps someone. I'd give it 7-10 days based on other ppl's answers.
