If I took 1 small dose of Heroin on Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm. Will I be clean for my drug test on Monday at 5 pm? I'm giving it 5 days. Is that enough time to pass my drug test?

Hey piper methadone is good to get sober well soberish because to me that's still using drugs and that comes up in a 8 panel drug test but subs wont come up in a 8 panel drug test and that's better to get sober cause u don't get no high from it unless u haven't takin anything for over 4 months then take a sub and weening off subs I think is easier then methadone the best way to get sober is u have to want to and go to detox dont leave even thow u think ur feeling better and can go home and stay clean because u will be back in detox in a month or two again stay the whole detox then right from there go to rehab atleat for 30 days but u should go for 120 days and u have a good chance to stay sober

Yea if u failed I woulda been surprised lol but the new tests suck for regular jobs they just give a 8 panel test so atleast u can take subs so u wont be sick and it wont show up

U will be good Michael if ur not over weight with some exercise to sweat and drinking alot of water ur definitely good in 4 days

No that's not true if u use Friday say 8pm and u have a urine test Monday morning that's a little risk even thow with exercise and drinking water u will definitely be good by Tuesday even Monday night but Monday morning is hard to say if ur yes is Monday morning wake up early drink alot of water pee lil atleast 4 5 times u might have to take the test again because it might be a inclusive test because the water but you wont fail at least but that's if ur not over weight

It depends how much he used and how long he has been using. I am a heavy user 8-12 bags a day and i woke up last friday and did only 3 and i passed a test on thursday. I didnt drink gallons of water n Im slightly over wieght and my metabolism is slow. It was one of the newer tests that show everything and I didnot even show morphine.

It's easy for you to sit on your high horse and judge this girl? It's not that easy, in fact, if the baby is coming soon than she would be doing a lot more harm if she quit. Addiction is real, and just because she was using while pregnant does not mean she doesn't love her baby. People like you need to get a clue, everyone is addicted to something. Everyone has a bad habbit. This girl needs a support system and people telling her that she can get through anything. She needs people focusing on her strenths not tearing her down and ripping her apart.

methadone is the best way to avoid issues with the childs health, a dyfs case, and the cravings/withdrawals...as soon as the baby is born they will test the childs first urine if it comes up dirty for anything(which usually is up to 3-4 months back in the pregnancy) dyfs will automatically be called and there is a good possibility that the child will be taken out of your custody...if she gets on methadone there is a chance the newborn could go through withdrawls BUT if she stops heroin cold turkey she could miscarry the baby...my suggestion is to call dyfs and ask for help they will advice you and that way your showing interest in the health and well being of your child as well as them advising you of the best ssteps otherwise they will most likely take your child from you

Thank u for sharring. Ok this is how it started. I loaned my exfriend some of my pain pills. Oh I will have them back toyou in a couple days. The couple days turned to never. I had a few left. Butnot enough to get bye. So I had 3 pain pills and that was it. Andthat was on a Friday I tried to stretch them unroll Tuesday when I had to take adrug test. I felt so screwdriver over. So I had 2 bags I did one on Sunday night and half mondaymorning. And I drank Ann drank aster then detox tea and still used the last of my pain stuff so it would be in my system. I peed every 10 minuts. Soabout5 ot 6 pm I peed so much the 5 th pee. Aver peeing. Over and over. My lee was almost clear. So iwent to the bathroom and peer in a glad jarthen put it In the basement. So it would not grow anything. I wanted to just keep it cold. So Tuesday. Morrning I put it in a ziplock bag. Then just put the bag under my leggings. Heated it in a pan to get a good temp. Then put it in mypants. So I got there they'd took me straight in.it seam to go good. Do u think I'm ok and if not. I will fight them. Becauce if there was any it had to be so minamal. Thank for listening to me. I will fight them let me know how u feel

Heroin can cause liver damage, kidney failure, heart defects and heart failure. Theres not a single person you can name thats lived a normal healthy life as a full blown heroin addict. Heroin not only destroys your life but the people around you. Now going back to using while pregnant, the baby can be born addicted to heroin with liver, kidney, lung or heart defects.

Easier Said Than Done. Heroin does not allow individuals that use it to step away easily. I'm a Recovered Heroin Addict, and It took me Several Rehabs and NA/AA Meetings and sponsors to Get to where i am today. I relapsed 23 times after getting sober. Today Is 9 years clean for me, And I no longer have to worry about drug tests. The only way I would ever fail one is if it was a super sensitive test because I am a huge poppy seed fan, i love it on my bagels and poppyroll. And That can make a test read positive for Opiates. But, Just to add to this discussion, You can pass a Urine test for Heroin By simply eating over the counter "SureGel" Or Drink 1 gallon of water the night before, and try to pee three times before your test the next day. Make sure that you begin peeing for 1-2 seconds before you start peeing in the cup. Make sure also that your urine is Clear or you will most certainly Fail. This message has got to be the dumbest most ignorant response I have ever read. For someone to express that heroin is good for you and good for a pregnant mother is disgusting. As I was reading your response I was getting more and more heated. Heroin is like ANY drug out there, you still feel high, you nod out, you can't talk you mumble, and if your body doesn't have it you still withdrawal like you would with any other addictive drug out there. As for the methadone, I give props to anyone who is using methadone (PROPERLY) to get off heroin and then transitioning to Suboxone. Now I understand that methadone is a very bad, very addictive drug as well and has worse withdrawals than heroin because it goes into your bones BUT that is why you have to take it for a short period of time and get on Suboxone.

Now, for you to go and say the most ignorant comment I have EVER in my life heard about a baby being healthier, happier and creative coming from a mother who used during pregnancy, ARE YOU F***ING CRAZY?!? That poor baby is going to be born with withdrawls from something they had NO control over, because they were born to a weak selfish mother who's own withdrawls, comfort and sickness meant more...she can stop her withdrawls, what about the poor innocent baby who has to deal with it uncontrollably?!?! Mothers should have more WILLPOWER AND STRENGTH or they shouldn't get pregnant until they were clean!! I am speaking as a mother and former user and I would have never ever put my children through that. Maybe you should keep your opinions to yourself because your advice SUCKS!! My Advice: If your using, ask yourself, is this really worth it? Can't I be spending my $600 on rent or clothes or food or MY CHILDREN?!?!!! If your pregnant, my ONLY advice is...As a good mother....STOP, Get help, there are safe options for you to stop withdrawls and make you happy.

Using someone else's urine will NOT work all the time.....there is a thing called metabolites...that u CANNOT fake......once or twice...it might fool a doctor....but u WILL get caught eventually. I know this is true......it has happened to a very close friend.

Hi I don't know how long ago this was posted but with heroin use, your girlfriend can get pills called Suboxen and also Subutex. They are an opiate blocker and better than methadone. Also help with withdrawals. If she has insurance you can ask her doctor. She'll get a script. I would recommend them. I am on them and they work!

Yes it is possible seeing your liver is what cleans your system and if there is exstensive damage it could hold heroin in your system longer. Keep in mind it takes a long time for hep c to do any damage or show any symptoms, sometimes up to ten years. Good luck!!

Just because you condemned yourself to a life of being an addict doesn't make it fair to drag a child into it. Get help!!! Its nine months of your life. I have been an addict for 15yrs but I made sure I got help while i was pregnant. If you want to use after birth that's on you and you have a choice, give your baby one too. Good luck.

I'm so sorry but he's still using. Heroin is out of the system after 5 (five) days.
I, too, am a heroin addict and I would go to extreme, ludicrous, ridiculous lengths to "prove" I was "clean", but in reality I was using and had a habit which was out of control.
As a parent, the best thing you can do is take him to a methadone clinic or to a suboxone doctor. These 2 (two) (different) medications work amazing for heroin/opiate addicts. They are called harm reduction meds and work by filling the same receptors in the brain where heroin, or other opiates, would go.

I was in the same situation I was using heavily, got sanctioned at drug court, got piss tested at the jail, n found out I was pregnant. Completely quitting cold turkey is 100% more dangerous to the baby than continuing to use. I was scared I didn't want to use for fear of what it would do to the baby, so I was honest with my Dr. He set me up in a suboxone clinic and I've been clean 3years now. They gave me a choice between methodone or subutex, do NOT let her get on methadone its worse than h. I was told by my primary care doctor, my obgyn, and the suboxone doctor that someone who has been using daily for more than 2-4 weeks will 50% of the time miscarriage if they quit cold turkey. She needs to be honest, and they will help her. When you are pregnant, and when u go into labor, they take TONS of blood samples and they drug test the mother's and the babies too. If she doesn't say anything, the baby will be born adducted to opiates, WILL 100% go through terrible painful withdrawals, and the doctors n nurses will not be able to help the baby because they don't know what's going on. And when theyvrealuze the baby us sick, they will run every test under the sun, including drug tests on both, and you will 100% lose that baby because she put its life in fatal danger. As long as she's honest and asks for help, they will help her. If she's far along and doesn't want to tell the doctor she is seeing already, make her switch doctors and she can go in there and say I think I'm pregnant, I'm not sure and I didn't have insurance up until a week ago, but I'm addicted n I think I'm pregnant and I need help. If she doesn't fess up, the baby could die from withdrawals when born if they don't figure out what's wrong so on enough or it'll be taken from you guys. The baby will be too sick to eat, too sick to sleep, and will lose massive weight and be in horrible pain.
