I am having low grade fever for last two months with temperature varying between 98.6 and 99.8 .
I am having occasional hot flushes , sometimes several in succession. These are mostly in early morning around 4 PM . Sometimes there are only a few , sometimes more even lasting up to late forenoon. There is no regular frequency or duration. There are periods when they do not occur and sometimes they occur daily or even just for a day.
Sometimes the hot flushes are followed by chills but not frequently.
I am having Diabetes and hypertension for which I am on oral medication . I am not taking any other allopathic medicines. I am taking some homeopathic medicines for low grade fever.
What could be the cause for these hot flushes , which are extremely uncomfortable .

What medications do you take to treat your medical conditions? According to NIH reports, some of them may cause such symptoms as side effects in some people that take them, but I can really provide you with any details, without knowing which ones you take.

Can you please post back and clarify?
