Help Me Find A Doctor To Prescribe Klonopin, Adderall And Chronic Pain Meds (Page 3) (Top voted first)

I moved to Minnesota and need to find a Doctor to prescribe Klonopin and Adderal or Dexadrine. I have high anxiety and panic disorder and can barely leave the house. I also have ADHD and can't start or finish anything without becoming stuck. I have chronic pain and was forced to start a Methadone program. I don't want to take it but have no choice because the pain is so bad. I am looked at like a "drug seeker" but I need my medication and don't know what to do.

Hi MissCatchingTDsOnSundays; I'm writing in response to you posting that you go to a sports dr\pain Dr.

I live in MN towards Lino Lakes, Blaine, ect..., but am willing to drive further if need be. I currently take 5mg Roxicodone 6x a day, & 4mg Tiazidine {muscle relaxer} 2 pills 4x a day, well my primary dr said that I need to go to a pain clinic cuz the laws are getting tougher here in MN, & he will get in trouble if he continues writing these for me, I've been seeing him a little over 2 years now. So I looked up pain clinic & went to MAPS, they had no respect for me what so ever, & told me if I'm looking to stay on the narcotics then that wasn't the place for me, that they only give pain meds to cancer patients. I couldn't believe the way I was treated, I have been in 5 car accidents, & I thank god everyday I'm still alive, but at MAPS she told me it wasn't long enough ago {happened Jan 31, 2014} for me to experiencing so much pain. The work I do is "very" physical, which is only making things worse on my body. I can not quit, as I have a mortgage to pay monthly, & all the house bills. I have 3 kids that I'd love to give them, any & all things I could, they deserve the best!!!! So basically I can not quit my job, as jobs are "VERY" hard to find these days. My primary dr chronic pain can not be detected, & no one knows exactly how much pain your really in, & pain clinics should know this. I'm willing to do the INJ's, but not be completely stop taking my pain meds. I'm so frustrated, because I don't know where to go to get my meds monthly, & see a dr that actually cares about, & is compassionate with you.

I do go to the Chiro 3x a week, & physical therapy 2x a week. I don't want to waste my time, or theirs by making an apt, & them telling me I need to taper off the narcotics. They don't understand the severity of my pain, & how it makes me feel emotionally as well. I am seeing a psychiatrist & on antidepressants, she said with all this going on is making it worse on my brain, my body....basically everything!!!!! Like I said I went to MAPS & they treated me like a drug addict making things up, which made me furious!!!!! She said if I'm looking to stay on narcotics, then that's not the place for me, & she would recommend that I go somewhere else for a second opinion.

Could you tell me where you are going, & what you do, &/or take? Or if you know any pain clinics that are willing to see me & prescribe? I am in need ASAP, as I know the waiting list is so long!!!!! Ps I can not go to Britton, as I was going there & received a script for vicidin, I didn't take the pills, but they seen I accepted the script & removed me from their program. PLEASE help!!!! Thanks so very much

U can not run from any meds
I tryed to my self and landed my butt in ER BP 190/110 NOT GOOD. if u want to come of anything get a Dr to help.

I need benzos for epileptic care and because I abused them once, no one will prescribe them. Without them I have seizures on a frequent basis. If you know of a legitimate clinic that will be willing to listen, please share. Please.

I am 52 yrs old and have taken Klonopin since I was 18. It is the only thing that contains an unusual on-going non-stop stress-phobia feeling and lowers my systolic blood pressure. I can't take SSRI's - they are so dangerous to me. They are so scary and caused me side effects that ended my marriage before it began. I don't understand why doctors act so strange over it.

I currently take only 2 mg of klonopin a day, but was on 4 mg and handled my divorce & menopause perfectly, 200 mg of Toprol and 80 mg of Lasix. It is not a matter of what I want to take, it's a matter of a set of drugs that give results without side effects. I'm not sleepy, over sedated, and actually have had a lifetime of insomnia.

People are different but all doctors are the same, worried about their insurance more than their patients.

hey , did you find any doctors willing to prescribe pain meds , for chronic pain and pain from injuries but also for physical therapy , as well as horrid dental pain , etc ..i really need to find a DR. one way or another..

What do I need to do then I've been on klonopin for 20 plus years and I can't find a doctor to give them to me at all and very afraid I'm gonna die from not having them... Please help I'm from Nashville Tennessee and have a dying mom who has less than 6 months to live and I'm stressed and going off on people for no reason and might have thyroid cancer too but I'm not sure until I find a doctor but did Google the systems I'm having and that's what come up.. Any advice would be very very helpful thank you for your time hopefully you can send me something to go by and where I need to start because I'm getting nowhere I really need to find out what to do ASAP I have until the first of the month to locked myself into a doctor or they will do it for me

I am a 56 year old female who has been on benzodiazepines since I was 34. I have been on Klonopin for many years and have always had my medicine prescribed by a psychiatrist (medication management). Recently I had to cut it back, just a tiny bit. (I use a scale to weigh them and file them to a specific weight (to control the dependency). My psychiatrist recently prescribed Hydroxyzine Pamoate to help control the anxiety. It helped. It is an anti-histamine and non-addictive, but it's also used for anxiety. It does make you sleepy. Just wanted to throw that out there for you in case you've never heard of it. I wish you, and everyone, luck. I went through all the hell in the early years. I'm on this for life.

My Psychologist is an ex-coke addict and he says it's almost as hard to get off of Klonopin as to get off of coke!

You are naive for believing that and he is the most ignorant doctor I have ever heard of. If that's what he says and thinks, coke is not an addictive drug physically, just mentally. Coke is very easy to walk away from with no symptoms whatsoever. There are no physical withdrawals whatsoever from coke so that is a bunch of crap that coke is hard to get away from. Why don't you tell him to try a real drug like opiates and see what happens to him, but coke is a drug for Rich dumba**es who got nothing else better to spend the money on and think that they're feeling high when coke does not make you feel high. It is a stimulant. Like I said it's a drug for Rich dumba**es who are too afraid to try real drugs like opiates. Nobody can say that they have had severe drug problems withdrawal problems or anything until you have done opates for at least four years straight. Try to get off opiates after one week or 10 years, it's the same thing. You can do coke for 15 years and walk away from it the next day.

William, I live in Salem MA and struggle from severe anxiety and panic attacks. I'm having trouble finding a psychiatrist to prescribe me some type of benzo, i don't care if it's Xanax, I just want to live my life stress and anxiety free. Please help me if you can.

I have gad and have ben prescribed .50 klonopin twice a day but only take it before bed to help me sleep. If i dont take it i wory and get lots of anxiety. I have a nervous constitution despite years of meditation as wel. I have rarely taken more than one a dwy and have ne er had need for more. I follow script as prescribed and it has helped me function much better. It is not always a bad thing folks.

William I moved to Florida from new jersey & my new psychiatrist gave me a 30 day supply for klonoins which I been taking over 10 yrs. I'm on disability for major depression & anxiety Im going crazy I can't be without this medication I'm good for this month but not next month I'm scared to death I need help!! anyone please

Want to know if i have to see a psychologist to get on klonopin? My anxiety is high. I've been off meds for 15 years. Now raising grandkids and husband is impatient. That's enough to stress anyone out.

I have severe anxiety and panic attacks. I feel as though I'm going crazy and might freak out at any moment. The only thing that has helped is kolonopin and I can't find anywhere to prescribe it.

Hi Kiki, I'm from central Maine also and having a problem finding a doc to prescribe my klonopin to me since I moved to this god forsaken state! I was hoping u found someone to prescribe benzos in this state?

I live in South Minneapolis and I've been on clonazepam for 8 to 10 years for chronic anxiety panic disorder and social anxiety disorder. I am also on methadone 90 milligrams a day. My doctor recently took me off the canals of hand and I am unable to function not from the withdrawals from panic and anxiety. I need to find a doctor who understands that I'm not Doctor shopping or it being a drug addict I really need this medication to function in life does anybody know of a doctor out there that would be understanding it of my case
