I need to know if this type of pill is harmful to a toddler. ## First of all, I would like to stress that if you think your child has gotten hold of a medication of some type, please DO NOT post on a free website and wait for an answer. round purple pill with G 127 on it ## Found out that it wasn't anything to be overly concerned about. My adult son had taken an antacid out of a bottle and then lay it down on the counter and forgot about it until I asked him if he knew what it was a couple days later. I asked him to please not do that again as we do have my grandchildren in the house on occasions. ## Yes, this is an antiacid, it contains 750mgs of Calcium Carbonate, a generic or store brand of Tums.
