Generic Norco M367 10/325 (Page 10) (Top voted first)
UpdatedIt's no good. I have to take three at a time for 1 hour of pain relief. Anybody else have this problem with M367 - 10/325? Has anyone else noticed that meds from certain manufacturers do not work as well for them?
My doctor has a new computer system and he can let me have three refills. It is e filing. He is having trouble with sending the right way so I can get a new refill and I have to call it in. The pharmacist knows it is legal. My doctor just has to send the order e filing it the right way. I see him every few months now instead of monthly.
They definitely are not as strong. Not getting any relief..
Tammy I have heard that a lot. I never had the yellow Norco. I have had Activis. What helps me is the Soma 350 mg I take with the Norco. The pharmacies seem to be out of anything else here. I think they do not stock anything else.
Jasmine, I live in CA also and it is tough enough for me now, having to drive 4 miles round-trip just to pick up the prescription. And they wonder why people by from drug dealers. It gets more and more difficult every year. Not sure the outcome of the Bill but will watch for it. Take care and gentle hugs.
I ended up switching to the Hydrocodone/IB 10/200 because I had been taking tylenol for so long. It seems to work better for me and I make sure I eat a little something to protect my stomach. It also seems to last longer than the Tylenol combination. Sometimes it's good to change it up, as long as your doctor agrees.
I don't normally speak of politics, but if Hillary is elected it will be business es usual. We need a shake-up in government, starting at the top. The Feds need not have such a far reach in controlling our lives and there is only one person that can effect a change.
You have to do your own checking, as each pharmacy has their own distributor. If you have your doctor write the script for Qualitest brand only, no substitutions, you should have no trouble getting it.
Sandy,
I have a question. My doctor is new to e-filing. I know we are suppose to get 90 days. I still have to call my doctor's office.
When you receive your first bottle of Norco does it say '"No Refills." I was getting notices from this site when there were new postings but now I do not so I book-marked this site. My doctor had told me I did not need to come in every month but the pharmacy says he is not doing things correctly. I have an appointment on Sept 1 so I was hoping to get this figured out. I get my pills at Walgreen's. Every month they need to call my doctor and it seems they think two months is it at the doctor's office. My doctor tries to help and he even upped my prescription to 120 pills a month instead of 90. My last prescription was called in by his associate. Thanks in advance.
Jasmine, your pharmacy should be able to fill for 90 days. There are no refills so new script has to be written and either e-filed or original taken to pharmacy. If your pharmacy refuses to do it for more than 30 days, then you need to either go by their rules or shop for another pharmacy. If you have Costco, you might want to check with them on fill requirements for Class 2 meds. Hope this helped.
Sandy,
Thank you. My doctor wrote the script but when he stated refills by e filing they said he needed to place each month on the the e file. I think the head pharmacist does not know how it is done I appreciate your answer. I do get my refills by calling the office even if it is a different doctor there. It has been a puzzle.
Just had a total shoulder replacement, tried the U16 Percocet and the M367 both came from rite aid. Did nothing to stop the pain. Can enough people who share this experience make a difference? Hope other pharmacies don't go down this road.
I must say that I've had the same problem over n over n over,I never thought that I would have to Endure this problem . It's been hell for me these past 5years.The pharmacy wants you to accept the medicine it's giving you."Like im told every month"take It or Leave it. "I'M THE ONE in PAIN!!!!! Those Norco ip 10-325 Are Garbage. If ur mom was very sick n in severe pain would u prescribed these medications to her,I think not . feel better.
RIGHT ON SANDY. WE NEED TO GO BACK TO THE 60'S AND 70'S ....TEAR IT DOWN FROM THE TOP AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. THINK IT MAY BE TIME TO START THE MOVEMENT AGAIN LIKE WE DID BACK THEN. SORRY BUT THINGS ARE GETTING TOO POLITICALLY CORRECT!
You are absolutely correct. I have noticed the same thing. They can say what they want to but some generic drugs are weak. I had to find a drug store that had a certain brand of a percocets because some of them I had to take 3 to 4 just to get a little relief. And that would cause me to run out of meds in about 2-3 weeks. So I know what you're talking about.
LK... I have discovered after 15 yrs since my 3rd back surgery that not all pain meds work for ppl the same. You probably need to tell your Dr that it's not helping and see if he'll give you something else. I've had friends tell me that they couldn’t live with their percocets but they didn't do anything for me and they said Norco didn't work for them..it's the way our systems metabolize it... I hope you find something else...
I want to know where to go to get help about the white Norco 10/325 it is not good something is wrong with this pill so many people are having a problem with it makes me very nervous and sick they pulled the yellow one that everyone had no problem with where do we get help to see what is going on
Yes they suck!!! I have taken 4 & no pain relief it's the manufacturing co..Mallinckrodt.. that means they have a very small amount of hydrocodone in it.. I use Rite Aid thinking of switching pharmacies to get a better brand
Insist on Qualitest generic as they are the best ones made, per my pharmacist.
They are terrible. I have arthritis in many sites. This norco that is made by actavis should be banned . I'm 67 yrs old a female and certainly not a druggie. I wake up crying in middle of night
Something has to be done.
As I said in an earlier post, my doctor prescribes Norco, generic Qualitest only. The pharmacist told me that is the best generic brand for any medication. I have found that to be true, so ask your doctor to put Qualitest brand only on the notes of the prescription. As far as medicaid goes, not sure what to say except maybe you could pay for them yourself. They are not as expensive in generic form and it is better than nothing. You may want to call medicaid and ask them what is going on. Hope this helps, folks.
