I've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets. Today when I picked it up I got M 924 white tablets. The only difference I've found is the manufacturer. The manufacturer for the 54 411 is ROXANE and for the M 924 is MYLAN. Are they pretty much the same pill just different imprint/manufacturer?

The M 924 (Mylan Brand) is the BEST brand of subutex out there. It feels the best, works the fastest, and lasts the longest IMHO. I've tried almost every brand of subutex and I can firmly state this. Have been on subs for years and years.

I'm having trouble getting the regular subutex with the 54 411 on them... All the Walmart pharmacies are literally out right now (I'm in PA, too). My friend had to go to Hagerstown and they gave her tiny subs, the size of a klonopin, if not smaller. I don't want to take smaller ones, I've been calling all different pharmacies to try and get the brand I'm used to. My friend said the little ones actually made her puke! I'm trying to come off them, I don't want to be messed up...

I am sorry to hear that; well you know they can never take you off benzos without any taper...but my pych. doctor told me they have a new law in ga where I cannot be on both or something stupid. I would rather have benzos and a low dose of subutex...or low dose of benzos... I'm on probation, so I cannot substitute klonopin for xanax bc. I would fail a drug panel.... Just pray for the best, expect the worst. I hope your situation gets better. If anything they might switch you from xanax to klonopin. That's what I have seen in many, many cases. What state are you in?

I was also getting benzodiazepines prescribed for extreme PTSD and Anxiety Disorder and she called and told my doctor and you're not allowed to do that. I was just doing what my other doctor told me my Subutex doctor doesn't prescribe psych meds. Now that I'm on 4 mg's of Xanax a day they don't want me to abruptly stop taking them either because I could have seizures but my Subutex doctor said if I fill one more prescription they will throw me out. This girl attacked me and then turned around and called CPS which even though I have a lot of problems I'm a wonderful mom and treat my daughter like gold and she also called both of my doctors and is just trying to destroy my life. It's drama I hate. I tried to be her friend and it was a mistake.

Right so every cvs has the ability to order the 54 ones those are Roxanne brand good luck hopefully you find them just make sure to sayyour having issues with the fillers like burning in mouth etc again I will just reiterate every cvs has to special order them so you have to ask. I know the pharmacist personally she just told me this.

I'm also having the same problem I'm prescribed 16 mg of subutex a day and 4 mg's of Xanax a day. I was on 6 mg's of Xanax and 2 Valium 10's a day but recently got cut and coming off these Or subutex is a killer! Worst ever! But most doctors don't allow you to get both but it took my doctor 2 years to figure it out and he only found out because some girl called and told.

Thanks for that info I might try CVS although I'd rather have the 54 411's or the Mylan 954's. I live by Pittsburgh pa and can't find either anywhere. You have to wait on a waiting list.

Yeah pretty much the same. I prefer the 54 411 ones but Mylan is almost the same but my neighbor likes the Mylan she does hers up her nose I take mine orally and I think the 54 411 ones stick to your opiate receptors better orally.

Apparently, the 54 411s are not going to be at CVS anymore; I get 90 a month and had never had a problem filling them in the past 4 years. A friend told me he had a problem filling his prescription too..So, I went to CVS they had 2 30 un opened bottles and like 12 more and would not let me get them and another brand mixed. So, they told me they would special order it but apparently it is on major back order and I got white 460 ones today. I live on the North side of Atlanta. Then my pysch. doctor told me she was going to start taking me off me off my colonopin next visit, because some new law in GA passed...I need my benzos...would rather get off the subs than my benzos...so far the white 460s are just like the 54s....

I've been on 54 411's for a few years & now all the pharmacy's are out in my area. I had a 3 day supply of these ones with 460 on them, they were awful tasting!!! The small 1s make me feel awful. Are the m924s & 54 411s similar in taste??

Work in pharmacy southeastern NC-several months ago started having some lil problems getting in Roxane 54 411. Then 4 weeks ago we have been unable to get them. Started getting another manufacturer. And it has been extremely hard in the past 2 weeks to get ANY manufacturer that we try to order. We are lucky to get any in for our customers. There are 8-10 different manufacturers listed @ warehouse. Last day that I worked when tried ordering-we were only able to place order for 4 bottles (30 count bottles-normally how supplied)

Thanks for the feedback. I get 90 a month and they only had 68 and wouldn't give me those and the rest of another brand. They said they would order that kind for me, the 54 411; cvs is switching manufacturers.. but said I should be able to pick them up tomorrow around lunch. I had dropped it off today at lunch. Pain in the ass, bc I have never had a problem filling them ever. Are you in Georgia too?

You actually can go to any cvs and ask them to make a special order in for the Roxanne ones because the other ones you have issues with the fillers my cvs just did this for me.

You basically have to call around and if you still find you are not making any progress you could request for the pharmacy to order them..some will say no but I have heard of pharmacies ordering the type you request usually the mom and pop drug stores will be more willing to do such...and also Walmart not sure if any are in your area but the Walmart's that do carry subutex they use Roxane manufactured type ..at least they did a month back
