Hey, I have been prescribed adderall for the last 10 years, but recently I was abruptly cut off. This was due to an illegal invasion of my privacy, and I have severe add/adhd. As a result, I'm about to lose my college investment. I also am in a methadone maintenance program, but I desperately need my add meds. back to regain my executive functioning skills. I have never abused my adderall and my records concur. Is there a recommended doctor in eastern Wisconsin that will prescribe adderall and xanax in conjunction with one another? In addition, they must be ok with prescribing to a patient already is in a methadone program, due to an opiate addiction. I have severe anxiety as well, and I was just about to graduate with a dual-degree from a prestigious university until I was abruptly cut off of everything. As a result, I've almost failed out for good and I'm falling fast. Can anyone offer a recommendation from past experience? Thank you kindly and best wishes. North eastern Wisconsin would also work and including Minnesota.

Have you been denied this by your doctor and what was the reason they gave you? I'm curious because I'm in Southwest WI and I didn't have this problem. Although I do have a narcolepsy diagnosis.

I've been having multiple panic attacks a week for several months now and have been trying to switch to an anxiety/stress management doc for about a month and a half. It turned out there were 2 by the exact name and spelling same specialty here so I went to the wrong office after waiting and barely hanging in there for over a month. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks and am feeling desperate and completely out of control. There needs to be a solution to amount of time it takes to simply get an appt. Because those of us with anxiety and nd stress issues have no recourse when things get out of control. When you break your arm you go to the ER, when you have the flu there are walk in clinics, when you feel as though your chest might collapse dripiping in sweat....no problem see you in 5 weeks.
Anxiety Ridden in Milwaukee waiting and waiting to see a doc.

Aurora Clinic docs are willing to treat patients with anxiety and other complaints... I'm in Waukesha and my hubby sees a doc there for his anxiety, but I go to Sussex to see my doc for my pain meds and anxiety meds... I have no problem getting whatever I need at the time from my doc, but you have to be completely honest with him and try Physical Therapy while your on these meds. I haven't had a problem yet, but seem to have more problems with my pharmacy then anywhere else...

I have suffered from add since I was a child. I am now 54. I have tried several meds however the one I felt an immediate change, in A very positive way. It was was adderal. For the first time in my life I could focus on one thing at a time. for once I was able to complete one single task at a time without being distracted. You can not imagine how great that felt!

I had a fairly caring ocyor but he has now moved 4 hours awAy and it's too biweekly. Can yu advise me the man's of doctors who will prwscri5thexe meds without a huge problem. It took me almost two years to find the lat doctor I had. Please help...lodi, California or Stockton California or somewhere close. I am desperate please help! As I said my doctor ha moved but I nd my Zanex and adderal both are mote helpful than anything else I have tried. I neefs my meds as soon as possible. Im in lpdi california and Stockton california or sacramento california are fine. I am extreamly disorente nd unorganized (I don't feel like myself) and i do know it from lack of regular meds. Please help me find a local doctot...

If you are in the Dallas area you can go to a clinic called Hope Speaks; used to be Dr Minirith's Clinic, in Richardson Texas and they prescribe them. I have had to use it for years. I completely become apathetic and unable to function when off Adderall for a couple of days. My life is no life without the stimulant to switch my brain back on, I can feel the area of my brain click on when the med takes effect. {edited for privacy}. I understand what you are going through. My advice is to get off methadone if you can. It will destroy your life....someone that knows.

I am so sorry to hear about your situation but if you don't mind what dr gave them to you for 6 years my psychiatrist and primary I switched from one to the other for that prescription only are both talking about tapering and coming off it has been a miracle for me I do not abuse them I use them for severe anxiety and I know it's an off-label use but it's the only thing that helps a severe neck injury that I got from a car accident
