Cyfolac forte is for what use, it is for external urine pain or irritation, or for what use. ## This is just a probiotic supplement that's intended to help maintain or boost the good levels of bacteria that are normally in your gastrointestinal system. Has your doctor advised you to take it for some reason? ## It was prescribed for my two yr old son. He was given some antibiotics for a viral fever. Cyfolac forte is in 1 gm sachets. How do we use it? ## I have undergone surgery for anal fissure & Hemorrhoids 10 days back. I was put on Cyfolac Forte for the last three days when I complained my doctor that I have to go to toilets 5 to 6 times in a day which results in pain. But the position has not improved. Please advise how can I get relief from this situation.

My father has acidity problems. There is pain in the upper part of the stomach, mostly after dinner/evening. The doctor (Gastroentrologist) said that it is GERD and prescribed the following medicine, Capsule P-ZOLE-L, Tablet BIZLO-OD, Syrup LACTIHEP, Syrup CRISLIN and tablet ETICLID. He also advised for UGIE (endoscopy). He developed the gas and acidity condition after the treatment for diabetes and also has inguinal hernia. I am bit confused as the medicines keep changing when we see another doctor and the problem still remains. Kindly advice whether the prescribed medicines are safe and are for the treatment of the problem mentioned. It is problem because of hernia? can hernia operation be done in this condition? Kindly reply and advice. Thank you.

It is not wise to use an antibiotic unless it is necessary, due to the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. I am sorry, I cannot find any information on anything under the name Diax, do you happen to know what is in it? ## STREPTOQUIN FOR DIARRHEA ## Drotazide for tummy bug ## chorphenamine alergic reaction to mossi bites ## buscopan for cramps ## Diax is (Nifuroxazide) is a sy...

Hi, Thank you for the help. I am suffering with GERD since quite some time. Earlier days I used to have some heart burn and it would relieve from anti-acid tables and syrups. However, from past 2-3 years the acid reflux has become worse, with lot of choking sensation in throat, heaviness in throat, un-easiness in breathing and it gets worse when I go for bed, each time I need to cough and drink water to make my-self a bit comfortable. This sensation remains most of the day when I take some citric foods and in nights I can’t sleep. I tried elevating the front portion of bed and going for bed 2 hours after a meal, however, these artifacts were proved to be of not much help. I am on Neksium 40mg daily one before food and Gaviscon syrup after food only at night, this table relieves th...

I am a 24 yr old thin female. It has been on and off for awhile now but had turned consistent. It's not a normal loose stool or diarrhea. It's just slimy and very very dark almost black but then turns the water yellow. It's not a mucous consistency and almost seems to have bile in it. Only other symptoms are extreme fatigue and sleeplessness and occasionally light headedness/dizzy spells. What could this be and should I be concerned? ## Hello, LylaClark! How are you? How are you feeling? What types of foods do you eat? Are you on any medications? Do you have any medical conditions? In many cases, this is due to a gastrointestinal issue. Have you consulted your doctor?

Is Dexilant 30mg the same potincy as Prevacid 30mg. I have heard that Dexilant is stronger that Prevacid. ## Hello, Tdog! How are you? They are basically equivalent, because they are enantiomers of each other, IE: their molecules are mirror images. One may work better for you than the other, due to idiosyncrasies of the human body, but otherwise, neither is stronger than the other. The FDA lists the typical side effects of PPIs as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence. Is there anything else I can help with?
