While in Central America I was afflicted with a parasite infestation which threatened to block the colon. The medication is a blue delayed release capsule. It has markings on it that appear to be an AP intertwined. I had to take a drug test for a new job the other day and have been taking lomotil diphenoxylate/atropine daily for months. Will this med show up on a drug test and what would it show up as. I do know for a fact diphenoxylate is an opioid similar in chemical structure to Demerol so that is where my concern ls. If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it

round blue pill with the number 44 then its underlined and then the number 132 44_ 132 ## Hi Barry, The only pill I can locate that relates to the description you provided is Simethicone 80 mg. The imprint on this pill is 44 137, however I couldn't find an image of the pill itself, so the placement of these numbers is a mystery to me. The brand "Gas-ex" contains Simethicone and I have heard from a pharmacist that some OTC pills begin with the numbers 44 and end with a 3 digit number so it is possible that this could be similar to the pill you have. If I'm taking apo-sulfatrim or sulfamethoxazole would it be a bad idea to take an imodium advance for my diarrhea symptoms? ## Apo-Sulfatrim actually contains 2 ingredients, Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim and no, I didn't find any interactions listed between it and the Loperamide in Imodium. All I can see on the back of the package is "relief 125 mg". Any idea what it may be? ## Did the labeling just get ripped off the bottle? Judging from the little bit you can see on the package, it's likely for pain relief, sinus relief, cold and flu relief, allergy relief, or some other over-the-counter medication. I could be wrong, but the imprint does not turn up under any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, leading me to this conclusion.
