Can Dexilant Cause Panic Attacks>

I started taking dexilant 60mg two days ago and today i had what i consider a anxiety attack.I don't know if it is that or a side effect.It was like i was hot one minute and cold the next.I also had a fast heart rate.

Have you tried self-therapy program aside from the medication?

Dexilant contains the active ingredient Dexlansoprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach.

And no, those aren't normal side effects for this class of medications.
